Would never work with such a rude owner! Needed recall service on our boat and, while the kit was ordered, she indicated that she "lost" or sent our kit back to the company! I brought my 30-year-old trailer to hazard marine for assessment and reconditioning. It was easy to drop off the trailer and they inspected it right away. After they assessed it they made recommendations for reconditioning. They replaced springs, removed part of the rusted yolk and installed replacement steel. Additionally, they replaced my non-functioning side lights and inspected and repacked my wheel hubs. There work was done quickly and thoroughly. It was easy to pick up the trailer. It was a pleasure to work with such a professional and friendly service. If you need trailer work done, this is the place to go! read more

I was in Hazard Marine this morning for a purchase. When I entered the store I met an old friend who was there as well. We spoke for a few minutes discussing our shared brotherhood in the Marine Corps and my Law enforcement career, health etc. We parted ways and I made a purchase along with a few other items. When I went to pay for the additional items (which was not cheap) the woman at the counter spoke with another woman ( I apologize for lack of names) , she then handed me a receipt and told me I was all set. She then thanked me for my service in the Marines and Law Enforcement. I was not expecting this but will say it was a very nice gesture. It has been a tough time not only for our Military but for Law Enforcement, I am not trying to steer anyone or influence what or where you buy. I and only sharing my experience with the kind people at Hazard Marine. They did not need to do this, I did not need a break for the items, I certainly felt like humanity may have a chance. Absolutely the worst service around Charged over thousand dollars to tune up motor..then have break down 3 times after they supposedly fixed it... They used wrong parts wrecked my motor and now I end up spending more money to fix.. Highly recommend going anywhere but hazard marine... Answered all of my questions since I am new to towing anything and walked me through hooking it up very slowly and patiently while explaining. I purchased a new pontoon boat, was charged a setup fee and when the boat was delivered, the radio speakers had engine backfeed. After a few calls nothing was done nor did they seem concerned. I brought the radio to them to try in another boat. Approximately a month later, dean did bring the radio back and stated it was tested and it was fine. They did find out the boat had a bad speaker. They did get the speaker to work temporarily, but it knocked out the system again within an hour. I emailed Mary and requested new speakers under warranty and I would even pick them up and install them so they would not be bothered. No response to my email or follow up emails. I have had good luck with hazard for parts ordering, not so much for customer service with a new boat. read more

After calling three times for a call back for service I called another local marina instead. Mary was a rude individual who couldn't be bothered with customer service. All I wanted to know is if they had any availability for services. I had to call three times and still no response. When I called the fourth time Mary stated I only talked to you once today. I took my Yamaha Jetski to them, it was hard to start. Hazard pointed out that there was a factory fix which the dealer had ignored. Hazard knew all about it and it was now like a new boat.
