Sean was so professional and explained everything very clearly and in detail. He made me feel so confident about hiring them, so I did. Moving day: I hired three men and a truck. Not only were they on time, they were so cheerful! It's like they love their work. The movers were meticulous, thorough and paid attention to every little detail. They asked questions when needed and follow any instructions/suggestion I offered. Again, they were just so NICE and boy, they hustle. I was thinking, "Hmmm. I hired them by the hour - not by the job. Not the best strategy." Wrong. These guys really work as quickly as possible and are totally focused on YOUR needs. The packed up my place and we drove over to my new place. Again, they had the same hustle and spirit when we got to the new place. They put everything where I asked them to, put the beds together, etc. They were super careful with everything from packed boxes to furniture to TVs. Not one thing broke - not one wall or floor was scratched. They are simply wonderful. Finally, from my first call with Sean (who also calls after the move to get your feedback) to the last item moved, the experience could not have been better. These guys CARE and it shows. They also moved my sewing machine from one bedroom to another and put a couple of things into the attic for me. Finally, they removed a heavy mirror from the wall and carried another heavy mirror from the garage upstairs. All that took them less than half an hour. He had said he was bringing a trailer, and I thought he would be some old junker. But no! It was a clean, shiny, new, fully enclosed big beauty! He loaded up all my plants efficiently, then asked if I needed anything more to put in the trailer. So, I asked him to help me get some Christmas boxes and decorations from my attic in the garage, which is did willingly and helpfully. This was a "half-move" -- we were moving from our temporary residence back into our home after a renovation, so we only had about a 15' U-Haul worth of stuff. We just finished our first day of driving a 15 ft box-truck to Texas which Alfredo loaded and secured; nothing shifted across 200miles! I got the feeling that no matter what we might need done, Alfredo would have had a solution, or have called someone who could help. I rather not spend more time on writing a review but his service was just a nightmare. He was persistent about my belonings being stored in his storage unit and I tried communicating multiple times I would like to have my belonings removed but I was not sure what to do because he was going to charge me again to remove my belongings out of his storage unit. So then I hire a company to have them removed and they left some of my boxes there because of miscommunication. I call Conrad a few weeks later after I found out all my belongings were not taken and the first thing he says "oh I threw it out" and I tried talking to him and he just tells me "I have to go".

So, before anybody thinks that I am just one of those people that had a one-time bad experience...I…read moream writing this after not one, but two collosol failures on the part of Greg. The first would be moving day. As most of you know, moving day is one of the most stressful things anybody can go through, while managing children and a full-time career - but nonetheless, it oftentimes must be done. Greg and his team were supposed to show up at 1pm for a move which I had scheduled a few days prior. The day of the move, I receive a text from him at 12:30pm which says, 'Running late. Be there at 1:30." No problem. I understand things happen. That's life. Well, here is the conversation that transpired (verbatim) over text message for the next 5 HOURS! HIM: 2:24pm (this is 2 hours after he said he would be there by 1:30pm): Sorry. Stuck in traffic down in LA. I can be there in 30 minutes. ME: Ok. We will be waiting. If it is any later, just let us know. HIM: GPS says 28 minutes. ME: Ok. No problem. (an hour passes at this point). ME (3:38pm) Just curious on your arrival time. If is gonna be another hour or more we will drop a load off at our new place. To which I receive a picture of a flat tire and this text: HIM: Flat tire. Gotta send a different truck from ventura. I'm beyond overwhelmed. Everything that can go wrong has today. I can have a crew there at whatever time is possible. **My first question is...at what point in time did the flat tire happen? Was it EXACTLY when I texted him? Again, my favorite part of correspondence is the lack of concern for his customer. It is always about him. This is a theme. Does he have any idea how overwhelmed WE might be...moving and needing to leave our current residence with a mover who is now 2 hours late and sunlight quickly fading? My response: ASAP is best. We are under a tight deadline to get moved. How soon can they be there. HIM: 45 minutes ME: Ok. We are counting on that. Please let me know immediately if there is another delay. 1 hour later. ME: Nobody has arrived and we are in a really bad situation. Where are they now? Are they close by? HIM: They are on their way. ME: Where are they? HIM: 25 minutes away. ARE YOU SERIOUS!??!?!??!?!? First he said 45 minutes. Then an hour later it is another 25 minutes. Ok. So at this point I am about to scream. It is close to 5pm. I am beyond irritated. My husband urges me to go to the new place and begin unpacking and that he'll wait for the movers. Finally, they arrive at 5:25 and the move goes smoothly. Greg is not there...but two other movers...whose story is vastly different than Greg's as to why they are late. In fact, it seems that there was no move happening prior in the day at all, but that they were simply waiting on a truck and for another mover. Regardless, my stupid, idiotic, bleeding heart - decides to give Greg another shot the following week to move our spa. Mind you, this after he fails to apologize for any of this or follow up via text to see how the move go. These are BASICS of customer service. If you screw up...you acknowledge and apologize. But, I'm an idiot...and this guy had a new business and I wanted to give him a shot. Well, to save you the melodrama of booking through Greg...I'll tell you this. We arrange to have a spa moved at 8am and at 8:30am he isn't there. At this point I text him, asking where he is. 15 minutes later he responds. "We said 9am." To which I take a screenshot of our text conversation in which I told him 8am and he said, "Perfect." He then tells me he had a hard move the day before. Yadda yadda. Nothing but excuses. I did hire a PHENOMENAL company in Temecula...Plan B Spa Movers...and I highly recommend them to everybody. On time. Excellent communication and customer service. HOW A BUSINESS SHOULD BE RUN. My advice to Greg...there are always going to be days when things happen and shit hits the fan...but my advice is...ALWAYS BE HONEST. If he had known on that first moving day he was doing to be almost 5 hours late...it would have been SO HELPFUL to have known that right away...so I could be productive with my day as opposed to waiting for texts from him claiming he'll be there in 25 minutes, 45 minutes, 25 more minutes. Seriously. A waste of time and money. Would not recommend to anybody.

I reached out to them back in June to schedule their services for our upcoming move August 1st. Sam went over pricing, return customer discounts etc and we emailed back and forth several times. He collected the move details (even had me select a time window for the move etc) and I asked over and over to let me know what else is needed to confirm our move and he sent me a question form asking additional details which I sent back to him and that was that. Flash forward to yesterday, I had reached out to confirm our move after looking back in my emails from the last time we used them and seeing they had sent me an official confirm and confirm number (none of which Sam sent me) to make sure I was good to go. Of course, as I feared they did not have my reservation even though I emailed Sam multiple times asking if anything else was needed to confirm our reservation. I was told by the gentlemen on the phone that Sam would be contacting me to sort this out and that because I didn't pay a deposit (a deposit I was never asked for by the way, how am I supposed to know as the customer that a deposit is what he needed to put me on their calendar if he didn't freaking tell me that) that they were all booked up and would most likely not be able to move us. I called them and emailed them all day (I was told managers, owners etc would be calling me to figure out options and help and not one person ever called me back) I had to call them every time and was ping ponged around and given "call back in an hour" over and over. So I called end of day at 5 (they close at 7) and their phones were shut off... and have been off still up until this point and not a single response to any of my emails. Btw we booked movers because I am recovering from breaking 5 bones in my foot and would not be able to move our stuff safely with a half broken foot. So now here we are 4 days from our move with zero help or resolution or options from this company, never heard from a single manager or the owner like I was told I would, and had to scramble to book a moving truck ourselves and will have to move my house with a broken foot because of their lack of follow up and scheduling error. We reached out to other movers in the area all of which, of course , are booked since this is so last minute which is really upsetting. Also, I noticed after calling them all day yesterday and today, they managed to change their address on yelp and their website to reflect Glendale CA when it said Pleasant hill CA (and are a Bay Area company) between the Time we booked in June and yesterday while I was playing phone tag with their employees. Not sure what that's all about. I understand times are hard right now but I received ZERO customer service, answers to my questions, or a resolution or options to make this right as I have an email thread with Sam confirming my reservation and the error of not having it on calendar or a deposit collected was their fault not mine. Their quality of service has gone downhill and seriously declined from the first time we used them to today. Horrible way to treat someone who was calm and nice considering the situation and just asking for their help figuring out a way to make things work. Unreal.
