It's been said that laughter is the best medicine. The ORS staff's ability to take that to heart and make me laugh instead of cry while restoring critical flexion and function to my dominant arm was truly remarkable. She didn't make eye contact, and made everything feel awkward. Don't get me started on testing me for strep! It was by far the worst exam I've had. So bad, that when she stepped out, I called to get in somewhere else. I also felt cheated that I still had to pay for the "exam." I understand these kids have to start somewhere, but she needs to work on her bedside manner. In my opinion, based on her interactions with me, I really don't think she's ready to actually be seeing patients. I'll go to Fast Care again- but I think I'll drive farther to go to the Frandor location.

She also sat down next to me and explained every medication and she answered all of my questions. The wait time was minimal about 15 minutes which was less than my quoted time. If anybody ever needed to go to an urgent care I would definitely recommend fastcare.

They also don't schedule out a year in advance and when the window to schedule a well-child appointment comes around you'll be given a date two months or more later than you want. They also have several workers in the office but can't figure out how to stagger lunch breaks because the office is closed from 11:30-12:30. It's September 2022 and they still won't allow patients in the waiting rooms due to COVID. What other doctor's office still has this policy? I understand the FDA recommendation for masks but to not allow patients in the waiting room is rude.

I have had vertigo for more than 20 days now which at times makes one feel as though they are losing life as normal. Katie did the Epley maneuver and released some of the vertigo discomfort. I intend to follow up with two more sessions and see the healing hands at this institute bring my life back to as close to normal in this imperfect world. Katie was kind, gentle and patient and gave a calming environment to my medical situation. Thank God for medical workers like Katie who are gifted with skills and mercy.
