There was a 10% off 2 pedicures promotion advertised on their Facebook and when I inquired about it at check out the staff member condescendingly said he knew nothing about it. I then pulled up the advertisement on the salon Facebook page and his only response was "well I don't have Facebook". At this point it was the principle of the matter rather than the discount. Another staff member behind the desk finally convinced him to call the owner and confirm that the promotion was something they were running. He then applied the discount while continuing to grumble and act as if we were a bother. We paid partial cash and he then made a snide remark about making sure I knew to tip off the whole service rather than just the amount I was putting on my card. I never in my 15+ years of getting my nails done have ever been spoken to in that way. I get we all have bad days but his attitude alone ruined our experience.

Both owners of this nail salon went above and beyond at the last minute to make sure that my mom's Mother's Day pedicure was perfect. They were very personable, funny, and professional. As soon as I walked in they wanted to turn me away because apparently the technician "who does natural hair is busy. You have to wait a long time". They then asked me to take my hair out of my clip and allow the free technician to examine my hair and decide if she would take me. The service itself was very thorough. Lillian was my technician, I will say my scalp and ears feel very clean even though I don't feel like the service was very relaxing at all. After my shampoo, they took me to the salon chair and she was completely lost on what to do. I showed her how to use the mousse and she attempted to style my hair but did very poorly. I will say this service was not worth $69, maybe $35. I wish I had not wasted my time.

Just stopped in here…read morebecause my choices were limited in the town I was in and they had no reviews so I decided to put them on yelp myself with my opinion. Very friendly employees. They give much attention to detail and take their time. They do not use plastic in the tubs of which I do prefer but seemed clean enough. It's a pretty basic place, I went in for a pedicure and they just asked did I want a deluxe with the hot stones or regular, so I'm assuming that's all they offered. I chose the deluxe ($58)
