There was a 10% off 2 pedicures promotion advertised on their Facebook and when I inquired about it at check out the staff member condescendingly said he knew nothing about it. I then pulled up the advertisement on the salon Facebook page and his only response was "well I don't have Facebook". At this point it was the principle of the matter rather than the discount. Another staff member behind the desk finally convinced him to call the owner and confirm that the promotion was something they were running. He then applied the discount while continuing to grumble and act as if we were a bother. We paid partial cash and he then made a snide remark about making sure I knew to tip off the whole service rather than just the amount I was putting on my card. I never in my 15+ years of getting my nails done have ever been spoken to in that way. I get we all have bad days but his attitude alone ruined our experience.

Not only did she do exactly as I asked (no pencil thin brows or surprised arches lol) she made sure to be as gentle as can be. She got in there and cleaned these bad boys up making me feel so happy I trusted her. The waxing room is private, clean and very relaxing. That's a big plus for me as I tend to get shy when having waxing done. Meagan has such a sweet personality and soothing voice you honestly relax completely as she gets you cleaned up! Recently I had the freaking day from hell. I was looking for relief in the form of retail therapy and a new nail polish always makes me happy. I walked in and decided to get my brows done too. My brows were assessed by May and she started working on perfecting them. While she was working she asked me what I did for a living, where I was going later, what brought me into Ulta that night. You know, girl talk. I found myself opening up about my shitty day and feeling better despite the wax being ripped off...which didn't hurt that bad at all, really. If you've ever gone to the salon and poured your heart out to your hair stylist you know exactly what I mean. It's therapeutic.
