I made the drive on Saturday and walked in, smalll shop but it looked likey had a decent selection. There was nobody at the counter, but I could hear talking coming from the back. Eventually an employee came out (tall dude with a beard) and nodded at me. I asked if they had any Ghost disposables and he looked at the shelf and said "we got one" and looked at me so I asked what the strain was, he read the box and put it on the counter. I asked if they were expecting more stock soon (the young lady I spoke with on Friday said they were, so I was just trying to confirm) and he just said "hopefully". Okay, fair enough, so I said yeah, I will take it and the total came out to $50.00. My eyebrows raised a bit since that seemed kind of pricey but I paid and went on my way. The product itself was good, really enjoyed it, my rating is based on the experience and the lack of any real customer service. The overall feeling was "do you want it or not?" ALSO...once I got home I did a little online sluethery and found the exact pen I just bought for $25.99 plus flat shipping of $8.00. (Sold by an authorized dealer). But the five stars is not because they had it in stock, but the cleanliness and customer service was top notch. Upon entering and being greeted, the person (forgot his name) gave me the lowdown of what was available. He started a conversation about the crack on my truck windshield, (which is a positive by keeping me entertained). I went ahead and bought pretty much most of the Custard Monster they had on display. I normally have my eliquids well stocked, but this time I ran out unexpectedly. Very welcoming experience especially as a new resident here in San Antonio. As a previous owner of 6 vape store franchises and co-owner of ECC, the awesome customer service is definitely what the owner should be proud of.
