I call myself going back to this store despite my previous review because it was a few steps from where I cash my check. Like my last two experiences the Gentleman that was suppose to help me was very dismissive, rude and cold towards me, even down to me asking him questions and me wanting to look around the store seemed to irritate him, the EYE ROLLING, SHOULDER SHRUGGING, and his whole body language gave me " I don't want to be here" even taking my payment he gave me attitude, I asked him why does he give me so much attitude and he replies " YOU ASKED ME THAT lAST TImE" He was very RUDe! I literally screamed right back and told him that it's not what he's saying it's his delivery towards me that had me heated, IVE never been so disrespected in my life, I've never had to put my purse down and yell at someone for talking to me the way he did, it was like yelling at a child who can't hear nothing but himself, as someone who works in customer service, when I guest complains to me or feels uncomfortable how I treat them, I Take in the info and apologize and find a solution! I don't raise my voice and cut them off and scream at them and basically tell them that they're lying! I asked him for a manager and he said they didn't have one , I told him I was leaving a review and he said all he was going to do was write under it and deny it. I've been goin to this location for 2 years and he's the ONLY employee who has ever disrespected me and made me feel the way he did, was it right to yell at him? Nope? But after being disrespected not one, not twice but three time?! No I couldn't let him treat me that way. He told me his name is Stewie but he probably gave me a fake name . Oh one last thing I also witnessed him being rude to another guest. The store is great with amazing Staff and great prices but y'all need to seriously get rid of him, I don't know if he hates his job or has a personal problem with me but never in my life Have I ever had to yell and scream like that In a store. !!!Red Alert!!! Do not waste your money here. I bought an e cig assembly and the blonde shit head that looks like a Columbine impersonator was so rushed to get me out of there that he sold me coils that don't burn right with my battery. Scorched the oils. I have an e cig already so know that after priming the coils the product shouldn't have hit the way it was. It was so bad I literally puked. Gummy bear flavored vomit. Then his dumbass tried to redirect me about returning it. Saying the coils werent good enough for that battery. To which I wanted to know why he would sell me coils that didn't match the battery I bought. The manager who wasn't even in the store tried to do the same but neither of them would acknowledge that they sold me a product without knowing what the fuck they were talking about. To make matters all the worse, the original blonde acknowledged that he never disclosed he never forewarned me all sales final, he admitted he didn't give me the right receipt for my sale, and went utterly silent when I wanted to know why he would sell mix matched items.
