Windcrest Vapory! These guys have set up shop along Walzem in a strip shopping center. They've got a small retail space in a 'shotgun' configuration, with merchandise displays surrounding nearly every wall. They not only sell vape supplies, but offer many of the items that you'd typically see at a head shop, such as tobacco pipes and accessories. They have a full wall full of flavors of e-cig flavors, but not in many strengths, most were .06%. The prices are higher than what I've seen elsewhere, but the selection and friendly customer service made up for it. The service was friendly, fast and knowledgeable. There were a bunch of sketchy people hanging around the store, asking for change, coming in and asking to use someone else's credit card for cash back on purchases, and someone else asked about glass vials full of a single, fake rose. Interesting requests for such a store owner. Parking was easy, and it was clean inside. It's weird that you can't see inside this shop because the windows are all covered in decals. read more

The guys here at the Windcrest location are awesome. They are always friendly, the customer service is always top notch, and if you have a question about a product they make sure you are well informed. The store stocks a wide variety of merchandise from fluids to coils to CBD gummies and beyond. They are also very aware of the importance of safety, so they are following the face coverings recommendations that are in place and enforcing them. Good for you guys! The hour was late on a Sunday night. I noticed I was low on juice. I scan Yelp, to see if my regular vape shop was Open. Closed, my pulse accelerates. What am I to do? I look at vape shop after vape shop on Yelp, only to find them all closed! Then a final click brings me to Prestige! They seem to get good reviews, I take the plunge. I'm off on an adventure (first world problems). Sorry, I didn't catch the name of the fellow that helped me out. I explained what kind of juice flavor I preferred and presto! I love going here for my vape supplies! The employees are awesome and super helpful! You can sit in here for hours and just talk with them. Alex is THE BEST!!! He has grown to know us whether we call or walk in. I am super picky when it comes to juice and Alex is ALWAYS willing to take the time and pick out juices I may like to try. Went into buy a coil for my Nord AIO 19 and was giving the wrong coil so I called back and was told I could not get a refund but he would look at my pen and swore that they were the right coils he gave me so just be careful on what you purchase and make sure it fits before you leave or before you buy it (bad service) read more

Strike one- Customer service was lacking. Came in to try a new place. The rep: male, name unknown, told me that the box I was using sucked and that I needed to update my tank right away. Tried to sell me on a new kit. Price was nice, but not what I was looking for. Other people walked in behind me while I was asking questions about different kits the rep was suggesting. During our exchange, he talked over me to the other party. Not cool. A simple, excuse me one moment while I help them, would have sufficed. Strike two- Asked about their different juices, didn't have much of a variety. LAME. Anyway, asked about a dessert type juice, rep picked one, put it on the counter, said smell it, and walked off to help the same people who walked in behind me. Customer service was very poor. These guys act like a couple of kids working a summer job. Unprofessional all around. They don't know much about product and when asked about prices it seems like they're making it up on the spot every time. The worst part is the selection is by far the worst I've seen in San Antonio. The prices are not bad, but for your money you can definitely find better. Convenience was key when I stopped here but I'll never be back. Came to this place about two months ago cause my subox tank cracked in the middle of the night and I needed a replacement saw it was on my street and said why not winded up buying a bigger better tank only to find out it was the wrong sub ohm for my mod I was pissed couldn't vape at least half the day by the time I got back to that shop I was furious ..but it was all for nothing these guys gathered around to find out the problem and since there was no solution they said pick any one you want ..I was amazed at the professionalism these guys showed and the pure sincerity of they're mistake since that day this is the only shop I go to its like hanging with friends Everytime I pop in they have some of the best choices of ejuice and it's all on sample and since they don't have house juice your getting nothing but top notch premium ejuice and I got to say that I've seen brands in this store that you can't find anywhere else in San Antonio and that's a fact I go in here at least three times a week and get something new and hang with the guys if your in San Antonio I definitely suggest popping in to see the place it will become a favorite of yours as well long live...
