Honestly, I loved this apartment. I moved my stuff in during Aug. 2023 and stayed until last month…read more(03/2026). I recently moved because I got married and needed more space for my wife and our dog. Aside from that, this place was everything my wife and I needed and more. There are a few people who truly made this apartment feel like home: Guy Kohavi - Great Maintenance Assistant with amazing communication and an awesome attitude. He was always a pleasure to talk to and work with when finding solutions to normal wear and tear issues. Britnee Scott - Assistant Property Manager with a really positive attitude who was easy to work with. She made living there seamless. Lisa Smith - A very kind front desk representative who always did her absolute best to answer any question I had. If she didn't have the answer immediately, she would do whatever she could to get me one as soon as possible. Thank you so much to the Watterscape team for everything you did to turn our apartment into a home. I truly appreciate it.

Hello everyone, I'm gonna make this one short. First off, this business is terrible and the…read moremanagement company that runs this place in conjunction with the managers are just freakin terrible. They treat you like you're an idiot and never communicate with you or the other residents about anything. The big thing for me, as my wife works from home and I'm an online gamer is the internet. It is god awful. On and off all times of the day and it just goes down randomly. Takes like a minimum of 4-6 days to come back online, but they assure us we get "white glove" service. Biggest lie out there. Couple more things: Dog poop is everywhere outside so watch were you step. Also, the apartment reeks of weed. Look, for as much as you will be paying, just go somewhere else.

The amenities are great, I also have a toddler and live on the top floor and so far my under neighbors haven't complained yet (that I'm aware of), so either it's thick floor or they don't care about the constant falling noises as she learns how to walk. The only downside.... We picked the apartment with the pool view, which is beautiful!!!! But sadly some tenants are not very respectful of the other tenants who live right here and will stay past closing and be very loud with music and screaming. It has woken my toddler up a couple times. I know this is part of living in an apartment though and can be expected during the summer. Overall very happy and in love with our new home! We hope to stay for a couple years!

The good: nice and new apartment complex with good staff…read more The bad: Management is greedy and will "nickle and dime" you to death with costs and fees. It's a mixed use facility with 50% market rate and 50% low income resulting in some lesser desired tenants and undesired activities. Located next to major roadway (US 380) with heavy traffic, frequent/daily accidents, poor coordination of traffic lights, and noise. The worst: Princeton itself lacks proper infrastructure to handle growth boom and residents must travel 30 minutes to Mckinney for most things (shopping malls, supermarkets, sit down restaurants and activities). Heavy commercial/construction traffic with frequent traffic accidents and unacceptable road conditions Losing its "howdy neighbor" Texas small town good feel appeal for a "fast and furious" get out of my way rush time attitude. I made a mistake to live there and am so glad I moved.

Absolute worst management and communication. Do not waste your time.I have lived in numerous rental…read moreproperties over the years and Oxenfree at Princeton is by far the worst when it comes to basic professionalism and administrative accountability. After applying, my screening showed a minor 1-to-2 point credit gap due to a past bankruptcy. Being a proactive applicant, I sent multiple emails to the leasing office offering to pay an additional deposit or modify lease terms to mitigate any risk. A professional management company would reply with a standard acceptance, counter-offer, or formal denial. Instead, this office completely ghosted me.I followed up multiple times, escalating the issue directly to the Community Manager, Race, and the Regional Manager, Jennifer. Neither one could bother to reply to a single email. The communication skills in this office are nonexistent. They are highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely lack basic customer service standards. I have escalated this matter directly to Core Spaces corporate headquarters and Investor Relations. Save yourself the headache and apply somewhere that actually values communication.

Water leaks they are saying the city of Princeton is responsible for, but the management is taking no accountability or getting the issues resolved. They pretty much through these homes together and tried to get them leased as soon as possible. The maintenance man is extremely rude and belittling showing no concern, and disregarding. I do not recommend living here. Here are pictures of our water leak that has been an issue since we moved in August.
