One star shines: Jen is the very best and always has a moment and a smile and helping hand -- it's amazing she isn't in upper management, this is true talent! Once previous manager left it's been so much better but Janie who was filling in is no longer here and we will see how the third manager in one year does. Elevators consistently breakdown and some have been down for a few days. Air conditioning has always cooled the hallways and they now offer fresh hot Texas air which has increased heat and stiff air in hallways and elevators - fun for a luxury high rise living experience! Lack of staff means 20 minute waits for services like shuttle to and from legacy west. Doorman service is almost non existent since he is also needed to park cars, let guests up elevators, open storage, or run a task. Appliances for a luxury high rise include no gas cooktops, radiant cooktops, oldest side by side refrigerators, some refrigerators have bottom freezer but you need to rent a unit that already has it, which means --pay extra. Overhead lighting is outdated ugly light or a puck light. Need a close by parking space? Pay extra. Need to rent a conference room that "comes with the Amenities?" Pay extra. Need an extra fob for the elevator? Pay $100 extra. Need a working garage door opener replaced? You guessed it. $100. Need the maintenance staff to not enter unless given permission? Some residents report they have knocked then entered so fast, while they're dressing, or without authorizing to enter. Want to enjoy the pool on summer nights? Hope you're okay sharing it with cockroaches all over. Promised a deal when leasing only to find it changed and not receive the benefits that you were offered as a part is lease signing? Yep, you can find that here too. Overall the residents are nice and friendly but there is a high rise living vibe of a mix of residents anywhere you live, although the majority want to be friendly. Great pool as long as they're meeting Planos building code it's open. Great spa. Concierge night staff are incredible - however a rotating staff seems to be the result of ineffective leadership unable to retain good quality staff. There are some exceptional people. Need help getting leasing staff to comply with promises made or normal things you need? Upper management has recently taken a closed door, hands off approach. Need a new shower and appliances just keep asking and over time you might get it. Shuttle to legacy west? One shuttle on its last leg with no doors for windy days works and goes back and forth. Units are compact and pricy, dog park is nice when maintained clean. Resident events are typically a Friday early night for an hour sometimes two. A few events here and there in between. Most staff really try but many seem to have a hands are tied approach.

They've since terminated their old vendor and contracted a new professional pool service that handles both chemical treatment and physical cleaning three times a week. I've already noticed visible improvements. While I've removed the original photos, I'm leaving this review up in the interest of transparency--residents should know that feedback can lead to change. I appreciate the responsiveness and hope communication and standards continue to improve going forward. We do love it here.

Bathroom in bedroom got stocked up the first week I was here. Overall the corners of the floors tiles are lifting not sure why. Very.....very thin walls. While this place is unbelievably spacious I wish I would have met my neighbors and got their names during the day. Not at 1 in the morning with their headboard banging against my wall. I can hear when their alarm goes off in the morning and when's he's singing playing his guitar. Since I don't live in the actual apartments but in the townhome in the back of the complex I don't really go to the leasing center, mailroom or gym. But I will say this about Frisco specifically this area all the way to the Issac apts down the street. RACISM is alive and well. If you are not the color of Clorox in powered form prepare to encounter people like this who are rude. I've been cursed out by a man while in a car on my walk, a women nearly let her yorkies bite my foot and the people that live across library street will give you the dirtiest looks. I have to be on guard with pepper spray walking around here. For the most part outside, it's quiet so I can appreciate that coming from Addison area. Still debating if I want to renew my lease. We'll see how the year goes.

Lacy and Shara are professional, friendly, and always willing to work with residents. They've honored agreements made and have always been honest and straightforward, which I really appreciate. Trey and Kayla are also fantastic and always willing to help however they can. The maintenance team, Alex and Steve, are knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. Anytime I've needed help, they've been quick to respond and get things taken care of. The location has also been perfect for me -- it's conveniently located, and being walkable to Watters Creek is a big plus. For the price, it offers affordable living in a semi-luxury environment. The staff does their best to monitor community rules and guidelines, but like anywhere, not all residents follow them, which can sometimes be frustrating. Also, moving to Texas, I wasn't used to additional fees on top of rent, which took some getting used to -- though that seems to be fairly common in the DFW area rather than specific to this property. Overall, the staff, location, and value have made this a good place to live for the past several years.

They have now moved into the walls making the time in my living space less peaceful. I've been told there's nothing they can do to fix the issue. They want to relocate me to another apartment, but my neighbors experience the same bird-play sounds in their apartments as well, so moving is just a band aide on the issue at hand. There is an infestation. Removal is imperative as pigeons can contract and carry many diseases and parasites that upper management is ignoring. Bird removal is pricey, but it needs to be done. It's only gotten worse this year. It's now a potential health risk for some residents. Can we please work to rectify this?
