There are multiple restrooms conveniently located throughout & are always clean. Coffee and snacks are readily available, and a handful of monitors to use for that added productivity boost. I found that it's less busier on Mondays and Fridays, but even when parking is crowded on busier days, I've never had trouble finding a spot. Some people bring their dogs so you get the occasional furry visitor while working, so that's an added bonus! This is not the case at Industrious.. it's quiet and not distracting.. I can focus! Every client I've brought here has been impressed by how nice this place is. It's definitely a great place to bring prospects and to close a deal. There's a range of other businesses here, which provides a great opportunity for networking. As a service based business, we have clients who occasionally stop by to drop off documents when we are not physically present. This was never an issue in the past. Somehow, that changed, and the change seemed to happen on the fly. One of our long time clients came by to drop off documents. According to our client, the documents were refused. While he was on the phone with us trying to explain what was happening, he was asked to leave. TailoredSpace never called us, never notified us, and never gave us the chance to assist our client. When I called to ask what happened, I was told that we were supposed to call ahead before a client came in, and that the front desk had no duty to notify us. I was also told the front desk is not my receptionist, which was her answer when i asked if they could call to let me know about the client showing up to drop off documents. I felt this was really bad service & presented our business in a bad light, her response was "I'm sorry you feel that way," which felt like basic corporate *Eff off to me, dismissing the issue rather than address the actual problem or offer an actual apology. That left me dumbfounded. New unwritten procedures are now being enforced subjectively by the new receptionist, and active tenants are expected to just figure it out after there is already a bad client experience. When is it okay to provide horrendous B2B service to a business that is actively leasing office space? For any business that depends on client trust, document drop-offs, mail service, or a professional first impression, I would be very cautious before signing here. Based on this experience, I do not recommend TailoredSpace for your business.

I love co-working spaces, but most often they are just a little too pricey. That's pretty much the…read morecase at the Fldwrk. This location has a decent amount of space for working solo or with a group. They also offer private meeting rooms for conference calls and a kitchenette for snacking. I stumbled into this place after getting a beverage at Neat Coffee, which serves almost as Fldwrk lobby area. I decided to check it out and work for a few hours at a cost of $15. If you're a member of Fldwrk, it will cost you about $160 a month, which gets unlimited access to meeting rooms, extra guest privileges, and use of both locations, Costa Mesa and Fullerton. Personally I think thats pricey for what this location has to offer especially because you can get a portable Wi-Fi jet pack for $40 a month and then just post up at any coffee shop and get the same experience at a third of the cost. I might hit up their Fullerton location if I'm in the area solely based on the pictures, but I don't see myself coming to this location again or becoming a member.

When I arrived, Daniela let me in and showed me the space. Going through the LSAT was so nervewrecking but the lawworks staff certainly helped to make it easier. Not to mention the space is very nice! I highly recommend this workplace.
