Great working space for any kind of business/academic entity. Staffs and managers are wonderful. Great location, ample parking space.

    WorkWell - Beautiful space!

WorkWell has been my perfect escape from the monotony of WFH…read more I've been coming here for a few months now for some focus work & refreshing change of scenery--because let's be real, WFH can get dull real quick! This place has a premium setup! Stylish yet functional with plenty of open desks and soundproof booths for meetings/calls. There are multiple restrooms conveniently located throughout & are always clean. Coffee and snacks are readily available, and a handful of monitors to use for that added productivity boost. I found that it's less busier on Mondays and Fridays, but even when parking is crowded on busier days, I've never had trouble finding a spot. Some people bring their dogs so you get the occasional furry visitor while working, so that's an added bonus! I like the work atmosphere that they deliver & the motivation I get from seeing other people in their zone. The clue's in the name--this place simply really does help you work well!

Workwell gives you a free day pass to work in their co-space area, which is nice because you get to decide if you want to continue coming back or not. I really like coming here because it's quiet, they have 5 booths where you can take meetings, and I love how they provide snacks and coffee. Upon entering, you notice that there is lots of light. They have comfortable ergonomic furniture, strategically arranged throughout the space, offering a balance of functionality and aesthetics. On top of that everyone is nice and respectful.

I love it here! The…read moreenvironment is modern, sophisticated, and welcoming. I've visited other coworking spaces, some of which either don't feel inviting or felt like more of a hangout spot as opposed to a place to get work done. This is not the case at Industrious.. it's quiet and not distracting.. I can focus! This place has all the amenities of an effective office space so that you can focus on what's important-- running your business! Every client I've brought here has been impressed by how nice this place is. It's definitely a great place to bring prospects and to close a deal. There's a range of other businesses here, which provides a great opportunity for networking. The building is not too full right now, but I enjoy the close knit community and being able to see and recognize faces. Don't get me started on the food.. On the daily, you can expect breakfast pastries, specialty coffee, and La Croix on hand. Also, basically every day there is a cute treat going on, whether it be omelettes, beer/wine/cocktails, charcuterie, crafts, holiday related items, or healthy (and delicious) snacks. You can tell that Rachel and Kennedy really go the extra mile to brighten up our day (and fill our stomachs) to make the workplace a little less monotonous. Whether you're used to working from home or have an office elsewhere, I recommend giving this place a visit. There are too many little great details to mention that just need to be experienced in person. Ask about getting a free coworking trial for a week!

I had my first visit to any TailoredSpace location here on a $30 individual desk day pass. It is a…read morerelatively chill business-friendly area. We had emailed their community manager beforehand, who told us to arrive anytime after 9am. The front door unlocks at this time. We walked in and set ourselves up with no issues. The wifi info was on the community manager's desk. Once the community manager arrived, she came over to check in and invoice us. There is a small lounge/kitchen area upon entry, and then a couple of small rows of individual desks. Each desk has 2 outlets and 2 USB plugs. There are small phone booths for people to take calls, meeting rooms and offices in different sizes for 1-7 people. The phone booths are first-come, first-serve, and there are signs requesting a 45-minute time limit to allow shared use, which is very considerate! The kitchen/lounge area is self service and includes complimentary water, soft drinks, and a coffee machine that includes syrup and milk/creamer options. A modest selection of snacks is also available. There are a lot of great coffee and lunch options within walking distance, but the area does feel a bit spread out, so driving may be easier depending on where you're headed. Common areas have low background music, and the space feels polished and professional. Sound does carry if people are talking in the lounge/kitchen/common area, so bring headphones or earplugs if that bothers you. The bathroom was very clean, and lights are motion-sensor activated. Free parking is available on-site, and we had no trouble finding a space. The day pass was very reasonable for the amenities and quality of the space. We had solid wifi, power-equipped desks, access to quiet phone booths, and a comfortable environment to work in. The only inconvenience to note is that the photocopier/printer is for members only.

They have a restoration fee hidden under their agreement on line 55 that says you have to pay $1,300 for a 200 sq. ft. space after three months to restore the office to the way it was. Even though I didn't put anything on the walls and there was nothing changed in the office, all I had was my desk. I asked them to reduce the fee since it was only there for three months and not a year and they did reduce it but only by 50%. The fact that it exists at all is ridiculous and the fact that it's hidden is even more sketchy. Be aware if you come to this place because there are these hidden fees that they don't present to you up front. They pass them off as an agreement and not a lease so that they can hide their fees. I also tried to extend my lease by a month even though my office I was in was taken. I asked to move to another office but then they said I had to pay the restoration fee for that office as well, which again is completely ridiculous. If you're gonna charge a fee, make sure it's clear and up front. Don't hide it halfway down a huge agreement. I think this is totally against the California Hidden Fees Act too.
