Great place to open up a new business if you have a small crew. Place comes with great amenities and maintained property. They have coffee, food, printing area with a lot of great tools and amazing outdoor patio. Moved in this month and the have price ranges for everyone. Only knock was they take a little long on certain requests for IT and anything above the basic package includes monthly fees, it comes with the territory as it is Irvine Company. read more

The space was okay- but undisclosed $7 per hour parking. Worst part was, we paid when we booked and then just a week later got a debt collection email threatening to charge us double and report us to a credit agency! We called Regus billing and just got a low level person at a call center who could only take down the information. We then called the debt collection number (affiliated with Regus - not a completely separate company) and then they said it happens all the time - the debt collection notices go out before the billing cycle updates. What kind of company does this? We were relieved that they allegedly fixed the problem, but that stress and time this took for no reason, and the heavy-handed threat for double the amount were bad business practices and should be fixed. read more

So, feel free to read it if you want to know how things are for me on a day-to-day basis working there without the burden of paying the rent. My company has been renting two offices in this space for about one and a half years now. I think it's a great space and I enjoy all the amenities as one of the office occupants. There is a very professional looking common office area and a coffee machine in the corner where you can get different types of coffee using your credit card. Also, I enjoy the fact that it is in a huge parking lot, where I can take walks around and work off my lunch. Ashley and Brandi do a great job greeting people who come in for appointments or to drop off packages. I have been at this specific location for several months after coming from the Laguna Hills location. This has been my favorite Regis experience thus far. I have a dedicated office here and since I own several businesses, utilizing their office solutions has been a good fit for me. The offices come furnished with nice desks, chairs, lamps, cabinets, and other office necessities. This specific location has a nice private gym that you can use whenever you want. It's is also located in a good area of Irvine not too far from shopping centers and the Irvine Spectrum. Another perk of having your office with Regus is that you get the helpful receptionists. Ashley is the manager at this center and she does an amazing job with everything I need. She goes above and beyond to make my customer experience here a good one and she also makes my clients feel very welcomed. They do a good job of greeting your clients and notifying you when your meeting has arrived. They also can take care of your mailing needs and even phone answering services. With a dedicated office here, you can also use the lounge at any of their locations worldwide. This has been a good perk for me when traveling for work and needing a place to work while I'm not in the area. Overall, Regus is a good company for your office needs! Pros: Good area (Irvine Spectrum), access to nearby food and shopping, traffic in the immediate area isn't too bad. Cons: Spaces is just not competitive with other companies that offer similar services. Outdated building. Staff are clearly not engaged. Wi-fi can be spotty. read more

Good morning managing executives, This is Global Gate Tax and Accounting. i have rented this office space from Regus in 7545 Irvine center drive Irvine CA 92618 for 2 months and after leaving in July the accounting team for Regus Headquarters seems to have Scammed me out of $1128.00 for a second charged retainer fee and phone charges for months never used. None of this was included in our contract and a copying charges another $163.00 which we never used the copy machine services. I contacted the folks at Regus and attempted to escalate to have the issue resolved and what i received in return was no help and all requests fell on deaf ears and this is the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Be aware, Before signing contracts with leasing agents for office spaces make certain your contract reflects all agreements. read more

I needed a conference room for a next day meeting. I booked for a morning slot but had to change times. Immediately after I canceled, the meeting room was rented out therefore I had to book at another Regus location. Regus billed me for both rooms and when I called to dispute they refused citing their cancellation policy even though I booked at another Regus location and they rented out the meeting room. read more

I have the lounge membership. I love this place! Well worth the money per month. Always enough seating, everything in stock, and its always clean. Free parking as well. Ashley and Kimberly at the front desk are so helpful and always ready to help with anything from printing to calls. They are very patient with clients and everyone who walks in. It is never to loud and they even have fun potlucks for the holidays. I would recommend this place if you need an office or a place to use WiFi. read more

The facility is clean and the staff are courteous. That's the good news. The Regus internet is not very good ($100 per user and whole bldg shares a T1) and the price to get dedicated service with cox is extremely expensive with a long term. Regus as a company seem to be interested in nothing but extracting every penny they can out of you. There have ridiculous hidden fees, like $750 of mail forwarding when you leave. And multiple times while I was there random charges showed up for services I didn't order or for services I had already paid for. You are billed for literally everything at Regus, coffee is $30 per person even if you dont want it. The attrition rate here seems to be high, and I think it's basically because its over priced for a low rise in this area. They get lots of first timers in with all the advertising and aggressive selling but people migrate away to better values once they get settled in the area. I would recommend looking around. Edit 05/2014 As expected I never got my deposit back despite being assured by manager Joe Hawes that it would be returned. He won't respond to emails and I just don't have the energy to chase them. Tried to get pricing from this company and all I would get were spam emails requesting to come in. Then I got this response from Renee Thomas in their Dallas office when I asked why we were unable to get pricing: "The reason nobody can give price is because we are a large international company. It is all based off you selecting space and the length of term you want to rent. We are Commercial Real Estate". Scratching my head as I'm not sure what commercial real estate has to do with pricing but other office lease companies were able to provide it with no problem. I just want to ensure there is no bait and switch. Overall, there are many other companies out there. If this is how they treat customers during the inquiry stage, imagine how they will treat you at the end of your lease. We were looking for a nice sized office for our team but I will make sure to stay away from this place. read more

Their service and handling my clients are very professional and friendly. They take care of my business like it would be theirs and the receptionists are always here to help. The office is always clean and looks very professional. All my clients always compliment my business location. The internet connection at the office is super fast and always 100% up without any issues. The price is very fair for the Irvine location and the service they provide. I'm usually one that takes to Yelp only to write a review when I'm feeling disgruntled but this time it's different. We've been renting office space from Regus for a little over eight months now and I couldn't be happier. While there is a lot about this place that I like: the amenities, it's very clean, parking is always good, and it's fairly quiet, for me it's really the front office folks that I like most of all. They are friendly, helpful and so easy to work with. It's refreshing to say the least. I spend a lot of time in the office each day and liking where I work and the people I see each day is important to me. This is a great place to rent office space! read more

Having a psychotherapy practice in an executive suite can be tricky as other tenants with different businesses may not be mindful of noisy disturbances that can be disruptive to a therapy session. Thankfully, I have not had this problem at 7545 Regus. The staff has been exceptional in helping all of their clientele work with each other to achieve an incredibly positive work environment. The front desk staff, Ashley and John, are friendly, professional, helpful, and always quick to address any needs, from offering clients beverages to immediately calling maintenance in the event of heating, A/C, or housekeeping concerns. Rent prices are very reasonable for this highly desirable area near the Irvine Spectrum.
