Rushed. Lack of Communication. Bad Decidion…read more We hired fresh perspective two years ago as we wanted to hire local to get our fence done. The lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional. I had to constantly reach out to see where we were in line of customers, and when they were actually going to show up. When Josh did come, he rushed the job in order to get finished before the Fourth of July weekend so nails, wood, and concrete bags were left in both our yards and the neighbors yard. Because he rushed the job he never connected the new fence to our previous fence. The fence also started leaning not even five months after he finished the job. I did reach out a year later for him to come back and fix both of those problems. He never communicated when he was coming back or if he did the job. We noticed that he did indeed connect the two fences, but he never fixed the fact that the Fence was leaning. It's now two years later in the fence is incredibly wobbly and leaning more now than it ever has. I would not recommend him. You will, unfortunately just have to spend more money to fix his job.

From initial design, to planning, execution and clean-up it was excellent in all respects. Design: I provide Scott with a rough overview of what I wanted. He quickly turned around a design within the budget that met everything I asked and included a pond less water feature to take advantage of a sloping rock area we already had. Planning: Scott and Nick (crew leader) were in frequent communication with both me and the other contracted crew who were remodeling our deck. Scott even met me at a rock quarry to help pick out stone steps to make sure the coloring and size were exactly what I wanted and so I would understand what weathering and aging would do to each stone type. Execution: they were very quick and extremely professional in the execution. They even took the time to explain to me aspects of the job that I was curious about. They came back to raise a few very minor low spots, and we're very diligent about cleaning off our driveway every night before they left. When they need to make changes to design (curve of patio, expansion of landscape beds, addition of steps on walkway, etc.) they brought me along in the discussions. Clean-up: They did a great job cleaning up every night as well as at the end of the job. The patio and drive were much cleaner than when they arrived. I would recommend Scott and his crew any time.

Dean came that afternoon, looked the job over, gave me a fair price, began work the next week. He covered my floors, and stairs, cleaned up before he left. Noticed several other issues I had while he was here, one a light in basement, and the other water faucet leaking, he did not try to add things to run the bill up, which I appreciated. The basement was redone sue to a leak less than a year ago, so I was very thankful he saw, told me, and took care of issues that should have been done before.
