The contractor that does work at Randy's left glue all over our floor and claims after 3 visits to re check it that it's not his fault. The one thing he could have done was to come and professionally clean it for us. So our flooring has never looked new because dirt clung on the glue. Word to the wise use pay extra and have Randy's lay it not their contractors.

It's a spacious apartment that is really kept up which is very appreciated. When I had some little minor repairs and things that occurred, she responded quickly and helped me out. She finds a way to work miracles around that place and treats everyone as her own family. It is the most inviting atmosphere in any apartment complex I have found in or around Dubuque.
