From the moment we arrived, the experience was excellent. Check-in was smooth, and we were taken back in under 10 minutes. The staff was incredibly kind, and within another 10 minutes, the nurse practitioner had already treated my son. X-rays were done quickly (impressive with a wiggly toddler), and results came back in about 30 minutes. By then, my son had fallen asleep, and the staff went out of their way to be quiet and accommodating--whispering, dimming the lights, and even letting us stay in the room so he could rest. When we were ready to leave, checkout was quick and friendly. Within two hours, my son was back to normal and running around. He was even able to be a ring bearer that evening with no issues! Hopefully you never need an ER, but if you do--especially with a child--I highly recommend this one.

The first time they got it but they pulled the needle out, blood EVERYWHERE! the second time the old man put the needle in and kept halfway pulling it in and out on my TWO YEAR OLD! I was LIVID my son was screaming until he was blue in the face! I will NEVER go back to that hospital EVER again. Then after I told them to stop because my son was CLEARLY in EXCRUCIATING PAIN they pretty much chunk the paper in our face and say "here go somewhere else."

Results said date and time have been set aside for me, so I called at 2:35 to find out date. Answering machine said office hours are 8-5 and messages left after 4 would be returned next business day. Called again at 3:25, but still no return call. Called early Monday morning and her first rude response was "we were closed". Told her answering machine did not say that. She scheduled me 3 weeks out for additional testing and ultrasound. Told her I needed something sooner as I was scheduled for foot surgery 6 days before that and would have to stay off my feet for 8 weeks. Her response "we can schedule you 8 weeks after your surgery!" I said no, I don't want to stress about this that long. She showed no sympathy or concern when I mentioned my family has had a lit if cancer! I will not go back to this place and have let people know about my experience. Hospital had gone downhill since they sold to Methodist. I am sure nothing will be done with Cindy, but I needed to let my voice be heard.
