I have been needing to get my eyebrows done since I moved here and they were a mess! A friend recommended This place to me so I thought I would give it a try! It's super conveniently located across from the movies on Nolana and next to a carwash !! So if you looking to get things done at the same time this is a perk! Ok so back to the review! I arrived right at 10am and they were not open, I hung around for about 5 min and than left to get a coffee. I returned around 10:20 and they were open and ready to go! The not open on time is the only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5. The woman who helped me I'm assuming is the business owner was super courteous and helpful. She took her time to examine my brows and explain what she was going to do and how to make sure they stayed full and not womany! Refused to allow an interpreter for a deaf woman, and then when the interpreter said then can interpret for her then, they said no and kicked them out. Disgusting excuse for a business. If they choose to not learn about ADA compliance or even have some class/decency, I hope they close. I love this brow studio! She took my brows from sparse to full and I'm totally in love with the same and thickness of them now! Her tips on using argan oil fixed my brows in such a small time spand. She's the friendliest women I have ever met and she does a fantastic job! Did I mention it's only $10 for threading? It's a total steal, I always tip more because her work is incredible! Inexpensive and gets the job done especially when all you need is a clean up. They give you a punch card so that's a nice incentive.

Horrible customer service!! Their hours say they open at 10:00am. I waited 10 minutes for them to open. It was not the original lady either. Plus they give a punch card for each time you visit. After 5 punches, next service is free. Well, I forgot my punch card and original lady gave me a new card. When I tried to combine the cards, this new girl took my card away. I am never coming back to this place. I've been coming for 3 years and they just lost a customer!!!! read more

Worst experience of my life! Before she even started threading I told her I don't want them thin and she said, oh I'm just gonna clean well once she's done I look and MY EYEBROW IS THIN!!!! She then asks me well what should I do to your other brow!? Like are you serious! I was furious! I had gone once before but this time it was the older lady who did them, never again. read more

I went there to get my eyebrows threaded. The place is clean and beautiful. Mrs. Gill did an amazing job and she explains what she is going to do. She did one eyebrow and showed me if I was okay with it which I was, then continued with the next. She's honest and wants to give you her best service. Only $10. Highly recommend. If you are in a hurry go early in the week. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Gave the lady specific instructions and even showed her pictures of exactly what I wanted- I asked that she keep my natural shape only clean them up and that I did not want them thin. She left them extremely thin and uneven. I do not recommend this place and I will not be returning. read more
