I went in for a consultation and requested to go purple (was previously blonde) informed i hadn't done my roots in such a long time due to being pregnant and couldn't retouch my hair. Yeini informed it wouldn't be a problem, well my appointment came and went and she didn't even touch up my roots and let me walk out with full gray. Very lazy work! She ONLY put put color which i could have easily done myself at home for FREE. This team will gaslight you and put all blame on you. So I ended having to do my maternity, hospital, and newborn photoshoot with such awful hair, that they REFUSED to make right. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE I went to this salon twice. The…read morefirst time, I got a full set. I had called to see if they would take a walk in and they said absolutely. I get there, and there was 4 ladies working and only me. The nail tech was talking to her coworkers and watching a horror movie on the tv ignoring me completely. I didn't expect a whole conversation with her- but as she was very distracted, she cut my cuticles and was very harsh with the buffing and filing. I decided to give it a second shot. In November, I was scheduled for a C-section and needed to get my acrylic nails removed. I told the nail tech that I wanted my nails to be natural. I just wanted the acrylic off, nails filed and buffed. Needles to say, I had SO many random cuts in my nail beds. Nail tech (a different one than the first) was very distracted with her coworkers. It seems like this place doesn't care for their clients and sees this more as a place where they get to hangout and watch Netflix all day long. Definitely never going back.
