I was assuming I would need them to remove and install new locks on the gates. Their staff was very polite and asked for our address to look into their records and get back with us. Unfortunately, during the installation they cut through multiple irrigation supply lines and never mentioned it. In at least one case, a broken pipe was left hidden under the rock bed. I had to discover the damage on my own and cover the repair costs myself, which wiped out any savings from using them. Good work on what you can see -- but the lack of care for existing systems and the failure to communicate the damage is a dealbreaker. Would not hire again.

From start to finish, they exceeded our expectations. Our project coordinator, Jordan, walked the yard with us, listened to our concerns, and truly understood our vision. Our home is unique, and we wanted a one-of-a-kind fence to complement it. Jordan was responsive and thoughtful, helping us work out the details to make it just right. Alex, the foreman, was fantastic to work with. He communicated clearly about the work they'd be doing each day, answered all my questions, and was genuinely dedicated to getting every detail perfect. He worked incredibly hard -- sometimes 12-hour days -- and his passion for fencing and true craftsmanship really shows in the final result. JLS Craftsmen did an outstanding job. The fence looks beautiful and is exactly what we hoped for. We're already thinking about adding a deck and hope to work with Jordan and Alex again when the time comes. My only complaint? Mistakes happen, but when you don't own-up to them and refuse to call/email, I'm left with no choice but to warn others to avoid. With so many fence companies, why use one who operates like this?
