Very expensive. I was in a hurry and they took advantage of that. Make sure you get several quotes before hiring them. Also, the fence started falling apart after a year. Nails were coming out. Frustrated and disappointed. They built the fence onto neighbor's property (despite clear, in-person instructions and a visible survey stake) then took days to remove. Left construction debris in my and neighbor's yard. Sloppy work (bent nails, split wood, warped picket, not plumb). Worst was the lack of communication. Mistakes happen, but when you don't own-up to them and refuse to call/email, I'm left with no choice but to warn others to avoid. If I could give negative stars I would. Their estimator ran over and destroyed one of my shrubs, leaving big truck tire tracks in the mud. I contacted the owner and sent him pictures. He refused to pay for it and was extremely rude and downright belligerent. Super trashy. Seriously low-class behavior. The Prime Fence crew did a great job putting up our fence this past summer. I highly recommend contacting them if you're looking for a new fence or repairs. We moved to KS in July and needed a fence for our new house to keep our two siberian huskies contained. They were not only quick at getting back to us and providing a bid, but they beat the timeline to start working by weeks compared to others. The cost was reasonable, and we set a date to get started. My partner and I had some confusion on getting a permit, they let us know it was up to the homeowner to take care of that with the city and homeowners association (FYI!). The entire crew was great in communication and super respectful while working on the property. It was insanely hot the week they were working, yet they did not complain. We had one small concern with the property line (which was entirely our fault for not catching before the fence went up), and the team was super responsive and resolved the issue within a few days. We greatly appreciated that extra effort as we didn't want to upset our new neighbors! I can't say enough good things about Prime Fence, and hope to get some pictures up soon of their excellent work. Prime Fence installed a new fence for me last summer and did a great job. Privacy and aesthetics were my primary concerns and they nailed both. There were even a couple of areas that I had envisioned differently based off of the initial proposal and they reworked it all to fit my expectations. I had another contractor put up one side of my yard a few years before and parts of it were separating from the posts within the first year. The sides of the yard that Prime Fence installed have been holding steady all year. I'll actually be having them out again soon to fix the segments of the fence the previous contractor installed. We used Prime Fence early this past fall to finish out the Iron Fence in our yard. In the beginning they were very responsive and easy to work with- from the time I requested a quote to the fence going up was 2 weeks! The crew that was sent out was extremely pleasant, even the neighbors took notice of their friendliness. Unfortunately, there were a few installation bumps, including a mis-measurement requiring resetting the posts during install and few dings and a mis-cut that we asked that they repair upon finishing.
