It's pretty easy to make an appointment on line. You pick your service and the person you want to schedule it with. Since I've never been to this place before and don't know anyone I just picked the first available appointment that worked for me. My appointment was with Love Forero. She did a great job with my haircut. My hair felt light and refreshed after she styled it. The staff were very friendly and seemed very laid back. The salon itself is very clean and has a vintage Americana vibe. They are located in a small shopping strip mall on N. Pleasanburg Drive. There's enough parking spaces in front of their building. Overall great experience and I think I found my new go to salon.
