The male technician that did my pedicure did a great job, the only thing that could have been different is that I had no color and he still used a grinder on top of my nails which made them rough and dull, wish he would have buffed them a little to fix that and then be only other thing is he was very much on the gentle side but I won't complain about that too much since I have had male techs that hurt me during the massage not realizing their strength. The other tech was female and she did a decent job but didn't file the nails at all and the one with me was done about 15 minutes before mine and we had the exact same thing and started at the exact same time so I feel bad for them they didn't get the full deal paid for. Overall a good place to go, those are just minor things that could totally be overlooked. I would recommend this place for sure.

The past…read more20 years as it is next door to where I used to get my hair cut, way back in the day when I could easily reach my own toes for a self, so called, pedicure. My second only pedicure. I'm 64. Hard to reach those toes. Plus, a massage chair with a foot jacuzzi is $2500 easily on Amazon. Yeah, I looked it up while sitting in the A Nails chair, back being thoroughly massaged by the adjustable chair, feet in warm, soaking (collagen) and my nails being expertly cut, brushed, feet massaged with hot stones, it took an hour y'all. It was very relaxing. They have wine. It was tempting. I understand. That's another day. Van was my technician. I didn't want to subject my royal feet to mere walking afterwards, but I had to get out of the chair eventually. Calculations show that an ROI on just the chair is around 35 visits, not counting plumbing it in and who is going to massage the feet and do your pedicure? I'll stick with Van and A Nails.

I got swindled by 'nice' people. You conned me once, never again!!! I will say they treated me very nice and smiled in my face while robbing me blind! I looked at them and it looks like she barely even clipped anything or clean them.. Then I asked if she can shape them to be short, and if you saw how they all weirdly shaped and took her lesson a minute to shape them, which is nuts because it's an art to shape them to look even . Then she painted it and I was so disappointed. I've been there for over an hour and it looks like a two coat total, but if you look closely enough, it looks very. . Ann, who eventually became available, was apologetic, courteous, and did a great job on my nails and feet. Because of this positive experience, I started scheduling my appointments with Ann, who asked me not to schedule appointments with her before 10:00 am. No problem, I complied. The second episode, I waited 30-40 minutes past my 10:00 am appointment because Ann was finishing someone else's nails. Again, surprised because I thought she did not take appt before 10:00 am. Today was strike three! A few days ago, I requested a 10:00 am appointment with Ann, but the manager (based on the voice I recognized) asked if I could come in at 9:30 am instead. When I arrived today at 9:30 am, I was surprised to see Ann in the middle of a pedicure! I chose my polish, and someone turned on the water for my pedicure. However, I ended up waiting with my feet in the water for about 40 minutes to which Ann finished her current client's pedicure and then started doing her nails. I was shocked! I had a dental appointment at 11:45 am, and the 9:30 am appointment would have given me plenty of time to make it. I looked around and saw four other technicians with no customers, just playing on their phones. Unacceptable! That was the last straw. I walked out of the salon with wet feet. Clearly, my time and schedule mean nothing to them. I was a loyal, punctual, and generous tipper who respected their time by canceling appointments well in advance if necessary. However, they showed no respect for my time. I feel the Manager is rude with lack of good customer service to me. Too bad Ann lost a loyal customer! There are absolutely plenty of other nail salons around, so I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
