I messed up my back and neck the night before my birthday and I was in so much pain. Ive been meaning to come to this place but never had the time. Well... this time it was an emergency. I was a bit skeptical when I came in because it was my first time. The inside is so welcoming decorated and the girl at the front desk named Henna was superrrrrr nice and friendly!! I love her because she made me feel so welcomed and had great advice as to what massage I needed for my neck. Hanna made sure that I got a room because some of the areas are open with just curtains and I wasn't comfortable about that. So the room they placed me in was probably for couples massage but since it was late night already they were helpful and placed me in the room. There is really nice ambient music playing to make you feel more relaxed. My massager was Peter and he was AMAZING!!! He focused on my top shoulder neck because it was so tense and hurt bad. He literally got every knot out of my upper back and neck. Yup.... Im definitely coming back!!! Oh and since Hanna knew it was my birthday she offered a foot detox for free.... I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! First time here and Im already a loyal customer! My coworkers were telling me about this spot and how good their treatments were. I was really REALLY needing a massage after what feels like has been for-freaking-ever, so mama was hurting! As i looked over their options when i was booking an appointment on their website, i was floored at how much options they had at all super affordable prices! I was definitely needing a good reflexology session and just an overall full body massage. Ive learned through the years that my most important part to get massaged are my feet and the study of reflexology also breaks down how parts of your feet actually helps with other parts of your body. So if you soothe that part, you sooth the rest, which I'm a firm believe of. Many days i would feel the world of a difference after i stop the dogs from barking. I got the Ladies time massage that was an hour and a half total of reflexology, scalp, full body massage with hot stones AND a body detox. All for only $90! Thats a steal for me since i love a throughout body massage that isn't close to $100 for only an hour. Most of those massages would not include scalp or reflexology or detox and especially not hot stones. The only issue i had was the fact that when other customers walked in, inquiring about the massages, they were not even trying to be quiet about it at all. It took them about a good 5 mins or so to finally realize that i was there at least and they started whispering. At some point too, some of them would still talk at a normal sound level which is plain rude. The employees didnt make an effort to fix that obvious issue neither. But other than that, it was a great experience and very well worth it. i feel like a whole new Judes with a new attitude! I highly highly recommend this spot! read more

All were excellent and the vibe of the place was very relaxing. I started out in a shared area for the scalp massage and foot massage/detox. Once that was completed I moved to a private area separated by curtains, where I received a very relaxing hot stone massage. I'm confused by the number of good reviews? I came today because I had extreme back pain and they had availability for a day-of appointment with stellar reviews. When I walked in I was immediately concerned because in each of the private rooms there were curtains for privacy (which is fine)... however all of the curtains were wide open?? I could see every person getting massages in their "private" rooms. I left my bra on because I saw all the curtains wide open. A man walks into my room.... But I had requested a woman on the website. When he walked in he pulled on my bra strap and said "take this off"... I said "do I have to?" And he said yes and walked out of the room. I took it off and decided I would only lay on my stomach throughout the massage.... I could tell he didn't speak English so I just went with it even though I was uncomfortable. He started massaging my back and made his way to my behind.. (I know most people are fine with this but I did not want to be touched there)... I told him not to massage there. He went back to my back... and then back to my butt again. I told him a second time "no thank you, please don't massage there" Then he pulled back the entire sheet exposing my entire back and butt in my underwear (with the curtain still open) and he then adjusts my underwear pulling it down and exposing my entire behind. Then I pulled my underwear up quickly and sat up asking him to stop and leave the room. I'm sure these are normal procedures for a massage, I just didn't want that. The problem is that he didn't understand / didn't listen to me. When I asked him to leave he said "woman??" And I said "yes please bring a woman" Then a nice woman came in and finished the massage through my crying.... She offered me a tissue to blow my nose and kept asking if I was okay. She was very nice, however the massage is very very firm. I figured that just meant I was tense so I stuck it out through the pain. Unfortunately, while the woman was very very kind... before bed tonight I found bruises on my back. I don't think this is normal for a massage. My advice would be... be very very clear with the receptionist with what you want before you go in. She DOES speak English, however she will only ask you "pressure?" I said medium.... I didn't think medium pressure would mean bruises. They do not look at the website so if you do prefer a male or female to help, tell her up front. OH I also forgot to mention.... It's really one big room with divider walls so you can hear everything. The man next to me made very loud moaning sounds at first and then fell asleep and snored so loud the entire building could hear it...... that's just my luck I guess. read more

I love this place. If you're looking for a relaxing massage where all they do is rub your back until you fall asleep, this is not it. Honestly, the next day I feel a bit sore, like I had an intense workout the day prior. The day after that though, I feel amazing. I carry a lot of stress in my shoulders and upper back. The 1st time I went, they kept asking if I was okay but I think I had such severe knots that it felt like I was tensing. It was once described to me as my muscles felt like it was "cracking" from the massage. I work a lot with very long hours. If I start to feel like my back is hurting too much, I make an appointment and I am good for a while. I would like to try and go regularly so I don't even get to the point of being in extreme pain. Their online appointment system is also really easy to use. I've never had a problem getting a time slot that worked for me, even the day of. I'm flexible with whomever does my massage but if it's an issue for you, make sure to confirm first. My only con with this place is that sometimes the person doing my massage does not speak English very well, but as long as I let them know as soon as I arrive, someone will translate my message for me. Also, the price cannot be beat. I've been to a few massage places in El Paso that were 2-3 times the price of this place and nobody has been able to get out all the knots and tension like this place can. read more

We show and I'm a little nervous because I've been to similar looking places that are extremely hit or miss. This was definitely a hit. We each got something different and were 100% satisfied with our masseuse. Just be forewarned that these are corrective massages. You'll have to be very explicit if you don't want a lot of pressure or deep-tissue work. The front desk lady is so nice and the people there are very very nice and polite. They make sure you are okay with the pressure and continue to check in on you during the massage. If you do the one hour massage, they do hot oil and hot stones on your back. Amazing. Ambiance: They keep the lights low and the calming music on. It's very clean, the sheets are clean and they replace the sheets between services. I've done the couples massage and I love it because they massage the couples in a separate room with doors. For a non medical trained spa, its great. We did a couples massage for 1.5 hrs for $199. That's a STEAL compared to other placed. They pretty much do a full head to tor massage. Its actually amazing what service they give. My feet and calves are nicely massaged, did the feet soak that tells you whats detoxing in your body. Hot rocks. Deep Swedish massage.
