this place deserves zero stars!!! this place is a joke! they have a generic sauna with no stove, so they turn it on when you get there. it takes 30 minutes to heat up so there goes your hour with no benefits. the whirpool is a backyard brand with no jet power. there's no privacy in the womans' bathroom, folks just walk in and out! you book a massage and they don't show. when you have a massage, you get a body rub down versus a true massage. they are always COMPLAINING about hands hurting or being tired. The massage part was great! I had who i believe was the owners wife and She was very thorough and did an excellent massage. There was apparently a lack of communication from when the appointment was scheduled. We had called day prior to ensure to female therapist, but upon arrival they seemed confused and were trying to give us a male. Due to this the appointment started about 10 minutes late. Not really a big deal as they did carry the time over. The road noise coming from Dyer street was kind of distracting and was louder than the relaxation music they were playing. Weird part was pricing, so, Facebook says couples massage is $120, when making the appointment on the phone we were told $140. Which again is reasonable so proceeded. While coming to end of the massage the therapist that was working on my wife said that our bill was going to be $160 anyways. We finish up and go to counter to pay and it was $130. Not bad at all. Made sure to leave $20 tip for each therapist. Will definitely return again and hopefully soon! read more

My husband and I just had one of the best massages here. I had a Swedish/relaxation massage done by Wendy and it was amazing. She made sure to check in every now and then to see if the pressure was okay and she focused on the parts I asked. Mr. David was kind enough to give us a tour of the spa before hand. They have a sauna and hot-tub which we will keep in mind for our next visit. Overall, we felt welcomed and the service was amazing! We will be back very soon! read more

I called today at 1100 and and scheduled an appointment at 1230. I have shoulder and upper back issues and my masseuse focused in on those areas. I also did the hot rock massage and that helped to loosen all the tight spots. After the massage I loved that a bottle of water was given to me. I'll see you in 2 weeks. read more

I wish I had the same experience as other reviewers. My husband booked me a spa package that included a deep tissue massage with hot stones and aromatherapy along with sauna time and a microderm abrasion facial. When the masseuse came in and started, she asked if I would like to add hot stones to my massage for an additional $5. I said I was pretty sure it was included in my package. She left me on the table to confirm. She comes back with her husband (the owner) and they start questioning me about when and how he paid, while I am covered by only a thin sheet. They both leave and then she returns and angrily informs me that my husband did not tip in advance. I explained I would tip after services were rendered. The massage was great minus the fact that she left the room a total of four times to retrieve things she needed. After the massage, I went back to the lobby. My masseuse walked right up to me and wanted her tip. I told her yet again, I will tip after I have received all my services. She appeared to be quite frustrated; as was I. She looked to her husband who wordlessly told her to drop it. The owner handed me a towel and a water bottle, opened a door, and motioned for me to go in. It was the spa and sauna room. I was given no instructions on what to do, where to store my clothes, the length of time I could spend in there, or if they would cone get me when it was time for my facial. I decided to use the sauna. A woman walked out and was surprised to see me. She said she was told she would have the room to herself. After using the sauna, I went back to the lobby. A nice woman named Bonnie took me to another room for my facial. Bonnie did a great job on my facial and was very friendly. Though I didn't have the best experience and will not be returning, I will say that it was very clean and the spa area was nice. Also, bring a bathing suit if you plan to use the hot tub. read more

Jessi was excellent with her traditional Chinese deep tissue massage. I felt the prices leaned high and am more concerned that they told me multiple times the prices are going up in January 2020. The facility was extremely clean and the free use of the hot tub and sauna is a great way to ensure you aren't running out to your car and sitting right away, but allowing the massage to take effect while you relax a few minutes more. This place was AMAZING! I got a 1 hour deep tissue massage. She did a great job. After the massage I was able to use the sauna and jacuzzi. I only took advantage of the jacuzzi but it was so relaxing. Super clean and professional. Will definitely be going back and recommend. Deep tissue was $65 for one hour. read more

The service at this place is superb! David was my massage therapist & he did an amazing job! I would only recommend to ask to pay first for the service since they charged me 10 dollars more (65, instead of the 55 massage with hot stones). After some clarification I got my 10 dollars back. I will say that the staff is very nice & the spa is clean. The reason for my 3 star rating is due to my overall experience. The massage I received wasn't bad but it wasn't great. I hoped for more especially since the reviews had great feedback. The set up of the spa is not convenient since the massage rooms are near the front desk receptionist. During my massage you could hear the business phone ringing nonstop, multiple people talking and the the only calm music they had playing up front had kept breaking up which would stop the music literally every 5 seconds yet they continued to leave it playing like that the whole hour I was there. (Mind you I had a closed door to my room) and I could still hear every conversation coming from outside. The receptionist even placed a to-go order on the phone and even that I could hear with my door closed. When you go to a spa for a massage you expect a calm and quite atmosphere just as you would going to a library for example but this place is the complete opposite of calm and quite. The massage would have been so much more appreciated without all the distractions and noise. I would have loved for music to be playing inside my room rather than from the outside hallway to get the full soothing experience and of a massage. My masseuse did an okay job but towards about the last 20 minutes it just felt as if she was only touching me and not really massaging me as if she got tired and needed to milk the remaining time I had left. Not to mention, she didn't even massage my feet. This is the first time I go in for a "full body" massage and don't get my feet massaged. I told her, being the nail tech I am I have pain in my hands and she pretty much disregarded the fact as she only pulled on my fingers but never massaged them. Oh man!!where do I start with this place.. my husband and I were so excited for peaceful and relaxing time... only to walk into a room where theres curtains so it's not private at all(I'm very conservative so that alone made me uncomfortable) there was no relaxed music or any music whatsoever.. my husbands masseuse bless his heart it was his first day but his hands were very rough(ashy)long fingernails, kept asking if the massage was good..our lady told us to get naked and then just stayed in the room...it was just a bad experience.. dont remember her name but she kept trying to charge us more.. then we go to the jacuzzi room and it smells awful.. the front lady comes and just sprays some scentsy spray in the sauna room.. we get in the jacuzzi and its not even warm ..where it's supposed to be HOT.. the sauna room took about 15 to 20 minutes to reach the temp of 177.. we will never be back there.. awful awful experience!! read more

Tried out the couples massage because it seems to be recommended a lot. The couples massage room is by the front desk and closed off with curtains. Not very private and the amount of noise from the front desk (I assume a worker or customer with children running around and all talking). The traffic is also heard. No music in the room to drown out any possible noise. Massage was decent but hard to relax in that environment. read more

I would normally give this place a 4 to 5 star on service and massage. I got the same 30 minute massage I always get but was $10 more this time. The massage I usually get here are great. Today was subpar at best. Maybe it's just their Wednesday massage therapist. Don't get me wrong I would highly recommend this place, I just hope you get one of the other therapists. read more

I've been here twice now once was for a full body massage and the second time was for a regular facial I've got to say if you need some time to relax this place is perfect to go to. Once you walk into the building it feels like nothing else matters. From my experience the masseuse and the esthetican know what they are doing I fell asleep on the table 30 minutes into the facial I will keep coming here. read more
