Honestly, the next day I feel a bit sore, like I had an intense workout the day prior. The day after that though, I feel amazing. I carry a lot of stress in my shoulders and upper back. The 1st time I went, they kept asking if I was okay but I think I had such severe knots that it felt like I was tensing. It was once described to me as my muscles felt like it was "cracking" from the massage. I work a lot with very long hours. If I start to feel like my back is hurting too much, I make an appointment and I am good for a while. I would like to try and go regularly so I don't even get to the point of being in extreme pain. Their online appointment system is also really easy to use. I've never had a problem getting a time slot that worked for me, even the day of. I'm flexible with whomever does my massage but if it's an issue for you, make sure to confirm first. My only con with this place is that sometimes the person doing my massage does not speak English very well, but as long as I let them know as soon as I arrive, someone will translate my message for me. Also, the price cannot be beat. I've been to a few massage places in El Paso that were 2-3 times the price of this place and nobody has been able to get out all the knots and tension like this place can.

I explained to them that I had a health condition and that I needed a certain type of massage. They were very helpful. They were very kind. The person I got was so soft and gentle. She was so helpful and she asked me several times if I was OK. They made me feel very comfortable and welcoming. I told Lizette my problem areas and she began terrorizing me, I kept telling her what she was doing was way to hard, I kept jumping and complaining and she kept saying I had to take the "therapy" she was giving. After about five minutes I stated getting up and told her I was leaving. When she saw I was serious she said she would give me a different type of relaxing massage. It was the same movements she had tried before but somewhat tolerable. She was done in about 30 minutes and then covered me and told me to relax.
