The water in the bowl went cold twice while waiting. My tech kept going to someone's else's station to help them and left me to sit. My suggestion is, if you don't have enough techs to accommodate the appointments, don't schedule them. Let the customer know you don't have enough techs. Very frustrating to have one person in our party have to wait so long

I paid my first visit to Christian today at her brand new salon in Abilene - TX Roots Salon & Spa - and she didn't disappoint!! The salon is very spacious, clean, and nicely renovated. Kayla did my pedicure and she was quiet but very sweet. We would definitely go back here. It's a clean salon which seems to have a lot of clientele. The only negative was that I ordered the pedicure that came with the hot stone and after I left I realized she never did the hot stone. Pretty sure I paid for the upgrade, but that was my fault for not paying closer attention! The prices seem to be on the higher end but the quality is worth the price.
