I like it there, but this type of stuff sucks when you drop 40 more than what you normally would have by ordering straight from the vendor. wanting to support a local business, i don't mind paying a little more. However, i don't expect to receive used, damaged, non compatible products. this has not always been my experience, but its frustrating as a loyal customer to be given what i was given and not be allowed to exchange it for something that's not defective and actually works with my device, and doesn't have holes in it. the dudes here are super cool but i feel like i was taken advantage of.
