If you're buying something that could possibly not work in some way shape or form like a vape or any electronic in the store have them take it out the box make sure it works it changes temperature and charges before you hand over your money because there's a strict no refund policy even for broken items so you'll end up flushing your money down the toilet if you choose to not listen to me and get that item which will be rare not saying they're selling faulty items but when you do get it you will be screwed as I was and I am a frequent visitor I go there once a week I spend a couple hundred dollars and they threw me away for $40 and gave me no solution and just said yep well you used it well yes I did use it but then I found out it was a broken product and I couldn't even charge it that's unfortunate to lose somebody with a no refund policy when they spend a lot of money and frequently and they don't just lose me when people see it happen to me and they know who I am they instantly go well I don't want to be like him I don't want to lose my money so they stopped going there as well too I brought four people with me and all four of those people I promise will not step foot back in that building and they also were spending money of a good amount these things are unfortunate but businesses that make money cannot just leave us the customers screwed with no solution no discount nope you're just out your money that's what they said!!! read more

let me first say that i do like this business and have had several good interactions. however, i received a used, damage product. Went to ask for an exchange and they told me they don't take them. My product is clearly used and was opened, which i didn't realize right away. they assure you everything will be compatible. if they don't take returns or exchanges on defective and used equipment, then how did i get an open and used/damaged product. they also do not give much value for the money. I like it there, but this type of stuff sucks when you drop 40 more than what you normally would have by ordering straight from the vendor. wanting to support a local business, i don't mind paying a little more. However, i don't expect to receive used, damaged, non compatible products. this has not always been my experience, but its frustrating as a loyal customer to be given what i was given and not be allowed to exchange it for something that's not defective and actually works with my device, and doesn't have holes in it. the dudes here are super cool but i feel like i was taken advantage of. read more

I've debated reviewing this vape shop as I've only gone there 1 time, this Summer. I normally do my vape shopping online. However, my device was on its way out and I knew I would need another before I could get one here via USPS. I stopped in and was greeted by what I thought seemed to be a knowledgeable young man. Showed him my current vape and said I needed something of equal strength that wasn't a box mod as I don't care for box mods. He pointed to Aspire Pockex. A pen type vape. I was game. Figured I better buy a box of coils. The device was only $45, not horribly priced, and the coils were $25 for a pack of 5! I was SHOCKED at the price of the coils but I wasn't familiar with them so didn't say anything. I go home and look both products up online and found the device for $20 and the coils for $10. I had already started using the device and it wasn't bad other than noticing the leaking that was happening from under the cap you unscrew to fill with juice. I immediately go to their website being a Saturday after hours now and leave a message asking their return policy. Waited a few days sent another message after calling and phone just rang. Needless to say I never heard back from anyone at this Vape Shop and I will NEVER buy from this place again. I don't care about the size of their stock and options- THEY ARE MARKING UP THEIR PRODUCTS and over charging the customer! I will stick to what's worked for me for 6 years and continue to order online. read more

After several bad experiences with "The Enthusiast" in Greenfield, I needed a new place to buy e-juice. Thank GOD I found this place! These folks have fantastic, friendly customer service. Don't waste your $$ buying a vaporizer from this place pen/box mod/mech mod/ n all u vapors kno that the list goes on & on & on I know because my boyfriend has become obsessed over vaping/wanting to learn everything & anything & DO NOT TOUCH HIS RDA/RBA/RBTA ( the one he'll spend hours/day building coils for... Anyway enough about that as far as this business is concerned I wish he had known all this things sooner if have never wasted my $$ on a kangertech EVOD well at least not after realizing that I paid 3-4 times what it would have cost online... Now I know that when it comes to any brick&mortar store esp. One located within a mall that is nearing its dying day's expenses are gonna be higher - a high over head costs, rent, & the list could go on&on I understand to run a business your gonna have a lot of expenses. This may make it nearly impossible to stay as competitive in pricing as any online distributor can. I also know that ain't no1 gonna bother to put any work into a business they won't profit from.... Now my question is this - when is it going past the point of profit & the horrible expenses of being a real live store now that everyone's buying everything online (#1 of the many bullshit lines u here when u actually know just a little bit more about what these vaporizers are for&able to do & most of all just how much this place jacks up there prices ways owners & a few employees). I hope this place doesn't buy in bulk from A wholesaler something very easy to do because if this is the case I would estimate that they charge customers a minimum of 50-60% increase over their price & if they (as I honestly believe) just buy online from Amazon etc. on items I've looked into the charge a min of 40 % more if they claim its on sale but for the most part they charge at least double on most vaporizers mod's etc. even some juices read more

i'm disappointed. i went to your lansboro store as they can sell juice. i spent $79. i was not given a receip. told my tank and mod were out of date. a tank, 5 piece box of coils, and 2 60ml juce. over night the tank came up empty of juice, juice all over my desk and papers. i returned to the pittsfield store and given another tank, identical to the tank i bought in lanesboro. long story short i was given 3 boxes of coils, $4.99 label on each box. label on the tanks was over $40.so, i spent $79 and $40 when it was found not compatible with my mod. so i got $15 worth of product in exchange for what i spent ($110). read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!!! Bought a vape just about a week ago at the sellers recommendation that it was a better product then the ones I had in the past. I was willing to spend a bit more money for better quality. However the vape after looking it up online was no different quality then what I had purchased in the past the store just was charging a 300% markup for poor quality merchandise. The vape lasted less then a week. I returned to the store for a refund which I am entitled to based on guaranteed consumer merchantability clause in the mass general laws. I even informed the person who sold it to me that they should look it up but was surprised that they were in business and don't know about it. However the clerk told me he'd have the owner call me then arrogantly stated that I may hear from in in a day, a month or longer. So now it's time to start legal proceedings against them.
