The tips are so far off my nails stuff is going to get stuck between them and my real nails the entire time I have these. The dip is extremely lumpy and looks terrible. There is a mess around all my nails on every single finger that I tried to scrub off for quite some time but it is not coming off. I booked a 2 PM appointment because my usual salon was fully booked, and I needed a new set. When I arrived, everything seemed fine at first, but things quickly went downhill. The technician who worked on me appeared unclean and was coughing and sneezing throughout the appointment without wearing a mask, which made me very uncomfortable. Even more concerning, none of the tools or the station were sanitized before I sat down--there were still visible nail clippings from the previous client. After soaking off my previous set, I was left waiting for 45 minutes to an hour before the technician returned. During the service, they were extremely rough and over-filed my natural nails to the point where they became red and painful. Once the acrylic was applied, I began experiencing a burning and throbbing sensation, and I now have what appears to be a chemical burn on multiple nails. The final result was not what I asked for. While the nails themselves are not terrible, they do not match the reference photo I showed, especially in terms of color and detail. For the price, I expected much closer attention to the design. At the end of the appointment, I was directed to wash my hands using a nail brush that was clearly being reused by multiple clients, with no separation between clean and used brushes. This raised serious hygiene concerns. Overall, this was a very negative experience due to poor hygiene practices, lack of professionalism, and the physical discomfort I am still dealing with. I would not recommend this salon.
