He put a tip that was far too big on my thumb and I asked him to use a smaller size. He messed up 3 times putting it on and kept ripping it off and retrying. The tips are so far off my nails stuff is going to get stuck between them and my real nails the entire time I have these. The dip is extremely lumpy and looks terrible. There is a mess around all my nails on every single finger that I tried to scrub off for quite some time but it is not coming off. I will never be returning here I am genuinely so disappointed in my experience.

I booked a 2 PM appointment because my usual salon was fully booked, and I needed a new set. When I arrived, everything seemed fine at first, but things quickly went downhill. The technician who worked on me appeared unclean and was coughing and sneezing throughout the appointment without wearing a mask, which made me very uncomfortable. Even more concerning, none of the tools or the station were sanitized before I sat down--there were still visible nail clippings from the previous client. After soaking off my previous set, I was left waiting for 45 minutes to an hour before the technician returned. During the service, they were extremely rough and over-filed my natural nails to the point where they became red and painful. Once the acrylic was applied, I began experiencing a burning and throbbing sensation, and I now have what appears to be a chemical burn on multiple nails. The final result was not what I asked for. While the nails themselves are not terrible, they do not match the reference photo I showed, especially in terms of color and detail. For the price, I expected much closer attention to the design. At the end of the appointment, I was directed to wash my hands using a nail brush that was clearly being reused by multiple clients, with no separation between clean and used brushes. This raised serious hygiene concerns. Overall, this was a very negative experience due to poor hygiene practices, lack of professionalism, and the physical discomfort I am still dealing with. I would not recommend this salon.

We were also able to book a trial beforehand even though it was short notice. Kim was great- the morning of the wedding I wanted so ething different than we had done at the trial and she went with it and spent extra time making sure it looked great. Becca did most of the bridesmaids and they all looked beautiful! Very affordable as well and it's a beautiful salon with a little area in bag for the bridal party to sit and relax. Definitely reccomend!
