If you would want to spend almost $700 before you even start then this is the place for you. They do not clue you in to all of the additional cost that you will continuously incur before you sign the dotted line. They require you to buy the following IN ADDITION TO, NOT INCLUDED IN the initial $700: 1) Their HNS drink mixes (you must have three a day for 31 days + 3 weeks transition and they sell them by the box...7 in a box for $14) 52 days x 3 daily = 156/7 in a box = 23 boxes x $14 = est $322.00 2)Their Fruit and veggie mix more $ 3) Their Total woman's oil more $ 4) Their multi-vitamins more $ *This does not include the 30 other products they are constantly pushing on you that can go up into the hundreds. I should have seen the red flag as soon as the woman doing my consultation, who told me she had been working their a while, said she couldn't remember how much the HCG plan cost. She then opened a small drawer...looked in it for a split second and then seemingly made up this $693.00 figure that included $60 lab work fee. As I sat their in shock, she sat their as if she were waiting for a fish to bite. The reality is they push on you like used car salesmen and I am not only a sucker ...at the time I was a depressed and desperate soul. I really hate saying this but I think that preying on the desperate is how they make their money. I have cried countless nights about the time, extreme hard work and money that has been wasted. I am disappointed in the Planet Fitness franchise and this location in particular…read more They allow "their" personal trainer to hold machines for a scheduled class from 12:00 (noon) to 12:30 p.m. When I was there on this day between 11:00 and 11:15 a.m. said trainer had the "reserved" sign up and there was no class nor participants. I ignored the sign but then decided to ask the staff for clarification. I know how to substitute exercises for the machines I supposedly can't use, but this is a VERY POOR CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE. I have been a Planet Fitness member for a few years and have always been an advocate of the franchise. I will no longer be a proud member of the franchise and will never give a positive "word of mouth" for it.

Update: Does their AC not work?…read more I went back at 9pm tonight and it felt like 90 degrees in the gym. They either need to update their ACs, or if it wasn't working I wish they had a sign up or something - I could barely make it 10 minutes before having to leave. Ya just can't have an indoor gym in Texas without AC :(
