However, I've noticed a decline lately in the quality of care my kids are getting. I'm not sure why this is the case, but both my wife and I have noticed this. Part of it is, as the kids get older, the personnel they hire for the job to take care of kids that age seems to change. Additionally, I've found them to be quite rigid in policy and have some pretty antiquated bookkeeping/processing. For instance, for every different program you enter (which could be up to 4 or 5 a year) you have to fill out the same paperwork, the same payment options, and then pay a $55 administration fee each time per child. It's a little ridiculous. They have all of this on file already, and doing this for 2 kids, it's a bit much (usually about 8-10 pages of forms which don't change).
