The many weeks I was there; with the absolutely patient, understanding, and very loving and talented 'Friends' made there; I have made my life ; because of Operation ABLE's Staff much more enjoyable; and made money I never dreamed of. I am locked out from viewing their service because my brief look at their service a few years ago opened "an account" for me. Now the instructions say I must get a new email to look at the product. I get a recording that it is a non-working number. They have a "603" help number. There is a recording saying it is a non-working number. (I have tried both half a dozen times) Another 603 number offers technical support. Another non-working number. They offer an 800 number for sales and customer support. It gives you a company called "bluedot.com" which has a recording about their services intended to streamline the "abandoned customer experience." They do not answer the phone -- but will give you a customer service rep to sell you something. For customer service the recording tells you to go back to the company with which you have your account. Go figure. I say a scam. NOTE: The services named first on their menu are educational institutions and libraries: they are listed first, and so perhaps get a preferential response. Purchasers for these institutions should be wary. If this company's services were once "real" -- they may have been hijacked. I tried Transparent because I have been inundated with daily emails to try their service after two years of silence. Also not a good sign.

They were the opposite of understanding, had no care in the world to listen, and instead, destroyed my path to further my education. They claim: "Committed to the faith heritage, intellectual tradition, and social teachings of the Roman Catholic Church, the University educates the whole person in the context of an academic community that cultivates critical thought, sound judgment, and respect for all people. This community supports the intellectual growth of all its members while offering them opportunities for social, cultural, moral, and spiritual development. The challenge to the University community is to search for truth through the dialogue between faith and reason." Which is complete and total BS! They go completely against their mission. Instead, because you have a rough semester they boot you from the program, someone who has been invested in his faith, and community, and spreading the message of Christ. It's okay, because another University can benefit from what I have to offer, and I will continue to do my good will and be sure to advise those I know to never consider Rivier as an option, for I'd be lying to them if I said it's a legitimate way to go. So sad to see where this University has gone, and the lack of care it has at seeing it's students excel, whether your a straight A or straight C student, you deserve an education, but clearly, this isn't the place for it.

As a new mom, I greatly appreciate the human connection that all of the caregivers provide. Every day I am greeted with a smile and asked about how my daughter's night was. Beyond that, the caregivers are always happy to give me advice and support after a long night or fussy morning. I am thoroughly satisfied with her infant care, and am even more excited for her to progress through the childcare program. The layout of the building allows me a glimpse into the other early childhood classrooms, and I am constantly amazed by the variety of activities and teaching methods that I see on a daily basis. I also love that the program is part of 2nd Nature Academy. While we certainly don't want to rush our daughter's early childhood experience, we look forward to her continued education for many years to come.

I was a nervous new mother so I thought I was being critical of the lack of warmth from caregivers and staff. Aside from Carol who greets you upon entry there was no comfort in leaving your child there. I questioned myself thinking I was protective and went along with it. Over time it didn't change. I came one day to pick my child up early to find a substitute teaching acting extremely inappropriate with the children scolding them In a way that felt like she was losing control. Other staff members appeared embarrassed when I witnessed it. When speaking with the director I was reassured she wouldn't work with the younger kids anymore because " it overwhelmed her " I quickly learn from that point on it wasn't the right place for my child. I think they paint a pretty picture of what they offer but within the walls of the preschool is quite different. Their expectations are extremely high for toddlers and pre k and sadly lack the nurturing piece. I found the staff to be young with a lot of turnover. I found the director Jillian to be young, naive and lacking real life experience to be in her role. Be careful of the pretty picture it presents. I am so sad that I didn't go with my gut on day one... a new mother novice decision. Luckily my child has no memory and I have found a place that is nurturing with experienced staff.
