I went there for the first time and have to say I was very pleased. They were efficient, clean and extremely nice. I am picky about my hair and have had a lot of bad haircuts in the past. They actually did a great job and I will gladly come back. read more

I don't recommend getting your hair cut here. Regardless what you request, you will get what they want to cut, not what you want.

This is the most friendly and helpful Salon I have been into to buy product!!!!The manager and her employees go that extra mile to make you feel wanted and to buy at their store. I had a gift certificate from reward points from a credit card and Head Start in Decatur, Alabama was the place to use it. More stores in Decatur, Alabama need to treat people like these people treated my son and I when we went to Head Start. They made you feel so welcome!!!!Good job Head Start keep up what you are doing. Wish other businesses in Decatur, Alabama would do the same where you do want to shop. She knew full well that the item I was looking for wasn't in the store, which is why she couldn't do an exchange. She did not tell me that said credit could only be used in store and would not be accepted online. When I called in, having already had a frustrating experience with their corporate customer service, and asked if they could process the card online, they said I absolutely had to come in to the store a second time. They have zero respect for your time. Go to Huntsville or, better yet, go to Sephora. The staff will communicate clearly, respect your time, and provide much better service overall.

I get my hair done @ headstart hair care they are awesome!! There manager is amazing she is very up to date and actually listens to what u want done for me that is a big plus! Such a wonderful place to get your hair cut. Alanna Raines does the best job on all my hair cutting and waxing needs. She is wonderful with children and such a patient person.
