She did not tell me that said credit could only be used in store and would not be accepted online. When I called in, having already had a frustrating experience with their corporate customer service, and asked if they could process the card online, they said I absolutely had to come in to the store a second time. They have zero respect for your time. Go to Huntsville or, better yet, go to Sephora. The staff will communicate clearly, respect your time, and provide much better service overall.

As you walk in you are greeted and the queue checked for your name, if you don't check in you are added to the queue at this time.
