The young lady at the entrance checked us in and we were taken to the welcome area to await our massage therapists. While we waited, there was water, apple cider and nuts to eat. There were 4 aromas to smell to determine what fragrance oil I wanted. I chose peppermint and it was not too strong at all. I waited 2 or 3 minutes and my therapist arrived to take me to my room. The massage was 80 minutes. I picked my music and used a hair tie to pull my hair back. I chose deep tissue. I cannot remember the name of the lady who did my massage which is my bad. Mariah, Mary, or something similar. She did an excellent job. I would recognize her if I were to go back there. My massage was memorable. 5/5 I recommend this business. I came in for a Classic Pedicure and ended up paying $80 for results I was very disappointed with. The acrylic on my toe was applied too wide and looked unnatural. Every time I come in, I request a thick French tip, and they never seem to get it right. There have been visits where I've had them redo it multiple times, and even then I usually end up settling because they still can't achieve the look I requested. Today, I simply didn't have the energy to sit there and ask for repeated corrections. The foundation of the acrylic wasn't done properly, and I left unhappy with the final result. (these are my birthday nails) What's even more frustrating is that while the prices continue to rise, the quality of service continues to decline. One of the main reasons I get a Classic Pedicure is for the foot massage, but lately the massages feel rushed and barely last long enough to be enjoyable. I could go on, but I'll leave it at this: after giving this salon multiple chances, they've lost a loyal customer.
