The focus on independence, learning how to learn, choice, working with others, manners and social skills were what we wanted for him. We found all of this and more at Coeur d'Alene Montessori. Ms. Diane's experience and dedication are evident in the structure and management of the school. The staff that she has assembled is both knowledgeable and nurturing. They interact well with children and communicate openly with parents. We have observed this school during class time and appreciate the thoughtful engagement of students in their learning. We love the way the students talk to each other and their teachers. It is a warm, respectful, and joyful environment. Our grandson literally ran into the classroom and settled in from day one.
