I am always on the go traveling, working, exercising, and out and about. I need these massages every few weeks to reset my body and heal. Toby is absolutely fantastic and pays great attention to where my most sensitive pressure points are and helps fix them. The vibes at the Center for Higher Living create a peaceful environment making it easy to let go and get into the state needed to fully relax. Def will need to look at all the programs for wellness offered here since the space is definitely one to do things like yoga and holistic programs. I went to 3 other chiropractors that would have me come into their office every week to be adjusted for YEARS without lasting results. When insurance ran out after 5 annual sessions, I was paying out of pocket for YEARS. Dr. Lauren Zolnowsky is SO different! Her aims to FIX the person's body mechanics so you are HEALED! WHAT?! I know, right?! *shock face* Her experience is over the top extensive and she fixed my back pain in the FIRST session! My sacral (butt bone) was twisted plus out of alignment and she repositioned it. My fibula (leg bone) was OFF my ankle causing a 1/2 inch hip tilt, knee and leg pain. Dr. Z put my leg bone onto my ankle bone. This straightened out my hips and knees! Bam! Back, hip, knee and leg pain gone! WHAT?! I know, right?! *continued shock face* Then she did Low Level Laser on my head and neck which calmed my OCD, type A brain like a vacation. The next 2 appointments, I had Dr. Z adjust every joint including my collarbones and I feel 30 years younger! She broke up leg scar tissue from a skiing accident I had 30 years ago. I no longer need to see her. *blink, blink, disbelief* 3 sessions and done and I can move with ease! Hallelujah! I gladly paid without insurance! I was so thrilled that I made my husband go to Dr. Z with his SEVERE 30 year old feet and shin pain. He tried my other chiropractors, foot surgery, shoe inserts, etc. with no relief. Dr. Z adjusted his feet and broke up the stuck scar tissue that was limiting his shin and feet movement. He saw Dr. Z a few days ago and still has full relief and is walking well. How simple was that?! God honest truth! My horseback riding niece is so impressed with our results, she is making appointments for her boyfriend and herself. Where this center falls short is with the psychic readings. I've had readings done all over the world by dozens of mediums and psychics, and the readings I've had at The Healing In Harmony Center with Christine and Priscilla were really vague and uninformative. During psychic reading day, the price is fairly low, so it's not a great loss. However, the scheduled readings are fairly pricey. I didn't find them worth the money at all. I will for sure visit in the future when there is a workshop or other event I'm interested in, but I would never go for a reading again.

Since that first encounter, I have taken amazing, self empowering classes and had a few readings. The readings were so accurate, I remain in complete awe of the information I received and I truly have the knowledge they were truly speaking to my passed family members. She has a very relaxing and calming demeanor. She asked me what I would like to focus on during our session, and then I chose my essential oils. She applied them to my skin and then I laid there on a nice warm table while she played different bowls. I totally snoozed for a bit - it was like I was in and out of a dream. When it was over she went over her observations and instructions for self care. It was a unique experience, which I highly recommend trying out. Lynne is excellent at what she does!
