I quickly made an appointment after reading such awesome reviews, and the ease of appointment spiked my interest even greater. Upon arrival, my husband and I were greeted by our massage therapists who were very friendly and greeted us by name. We arrived a little early and filled out a small questionarre about any allergies, ailments, injuries, etc. The atmosphere was very welcoming, calming, comfortable and felt like walking into a home. It was also very clean and professional. Then we were off upstairs for our massages. The massage room was beautiful decorated with soft, dim lighting, 2 seperate heated beds with soft blankets, and calming spa music. The room was comfortably warm and we were left alone to change and get into the beds. Shortly thereafter, the massages started. 90 minutes of pure relaxation and bliss. I was very pleased with the communication the therapists provided to ensure full comfort, the professionalism of the entire experience, and the perfect combination of deep massage work and soft massage work. It was amazing how my massage therapist knew which parts needed extra work, and other parts of my muscles to go easier on. Needless to say, my hubby loved his massage as well and we both agreed to come back very soon. I am always on the go traveling, working, exercising, and out and about. I need these massages every few weeks to reset my body and heal. Toby is absolutely fantastic and pays great attention to where my most sensitive pressure points are and helps fix them. The vibes at the Center for Higher Living create a peaceful environment making it easy to let go and get into the state needed to fully relax. Def will need to look at all the programs for wellness offered here since the space is definitely one to do things like yoga and holistic programs. Corii allowed me to relax and enjoy but checked in a few times to make sure I was ok. The massage was great and left me feeling so refreshed. My upper and lower back got some extra attention and it was exactly what I needed! Corii was very intuitive and was able to adjust the level of the massage to fit my needs.
