The massage was ok, but the promotional price was a lie. Attached below is the promotional price on their website, and I showed the man when I walked into the appointment the promotional price of $45/hr. He looked at the screen on my phone for a long time, and then said ok. Also, note their sign on the street says $44.99/hr massage. After the massage when I went to pay, I had $55 cash ($45 for the massage and $10 for the tip), and then the man said "no, it's $70 for body massage" and pointed to their indoor sign with the prices. I showed him again the online promotional price they have on their website that I verified with him BEFORE we began the massage, and he said that was a very old promotion, and it's no longer available. Why didn't he tell me this when I showed him the image at the beginning of the appointment and he said "ok". I'll never go back. I don't mind paying the $70, but I do mind being lied to. Horrible customer service. And yes, I still paid him the $70/hr. read more

No further comment on that. Then, after all that back and forth, they try to convince me to settle for 30 min since it's already 9:30 and they close at 10. This is the new Asian foot massage spa in the Korean District. My foot massage was incredible. The sequence was similar to other high-quality Asian spas: lay down face up, soak feet while getting 15 min face and head massage, short arm/hand massage, 20 minute foot massage, flip to face down, 15 minute back massage (clothes on), and last 5 minutes on head and neck. My masseuse asked pressure request and gave firm pressure throughout. There were multiple nice touches like a heavy blanket, and focus on specific areas. I highly recommend them. I was able to get in right away. After starting the massage, the phone rang and the therapist left me to answer the phone. We then continue on and it happens again. When she left to get the hot stones, she decided to drop the stones by my room a d then left to help other customers...I was left for 10 min. And when she came back the stones were like warm....then she left again...she came back and said she would go alittle longer to make up some time, which DID NOT happen....worst massage I have ever had in 30 years.... read more

Went in with my buddy after work. They demanded a tip before the massage, after a back and forth on that we finally got them to understand we'd leave a tip after the service is complete. I informed them that I don't want them to do my feet as I had just gotten off work and wear boots all day, I didn't want them to have to deal with that nastiness, they were very insistent to do my feet, then during the massage proceeded to complain about my feet during the entire foot massage. The rest of the massage was very nice and pleasant aside from the fact for about 20 minuets I was overhearing a debate between another worker and a client, in which she was demanding $30 more from him and he was saying no, it went on and on. The massages ended and we go to tip, my buddy tried giving them a $5 tip and they flat out said no. After a lengthy debate they were both demanding $20, we explained to them that we paid for the services, the tip is based off of our discretion in accordance the the quality of said service and they can't dictate our tips, I said this in 10 different ways as there was a language barrier. Eventually my buddy pulled out a $20 Bill gave it to them and told them to split it, they get $10 each. They tried fighting that still and we had to just walk out. I do not recommend.
