I asked for a female masseuse for my session and they very quickly and respectively accommodated my request :) For the foot massage it's one big room but it's sectioned off with partitions, so you might hear other or see people walking around but I didn't mind or really notice, when the 45 minute foot massage was over they politely escorted us to a more private area to for the body massage. They let us choose our level of pressure for our session (medium or hard massage) The experience was absolutely lovely, we left feeling refreshed and relaxed.
