Not a great experience. I tried them out because I saw a coupon in the Parker mailer but found a better price online when I went to book my appointment. One of my cuticles was cut to the point of bleeding. It was sore for 2 days but I was going on vacation so no time to do anything about it. She spent most of the time with me talking about the other services she offers. Her credit card wasn't working so I had to text my husband to send her payment via Venmo. Less than a week later I noticed the paint had chipped on my index finger. I don't think I have ever had a gel manicure mess up this quickly! Usually they last until the nail grows out. read more

This place is a rip off iPad purchased a Groupon for a deluxe shellac manicure and pedicure. I new coming in that I wanted to have shellac on both my toes and my nails. Typically it is $10 extra to have shellac on my toes. That is what I have paid at other places for years. When I came in, they rushed me and looked at what I currently had, which is dipping powder nails, and made lots of negative facial expressions as they spoke in Korean. She then told me that they were going to charge $20 to remove the product which honestly takes about five minutes longer than removing shellac polish. She then said to remove the shellac polish on my toes. They were going to charge $20 and then to put shellac on my toes was going to be another $10. So despite paying $70 for a Groupon for $85 worth of services they wanted to charge $50 on top of that and then I'm sure she would want a very nice $30 tip on top of that. It is so ridiculous and when I questioned this, they continue to tell me that was normal everywhere and that everyone charges this amount. That is not true. So I asked for a full refund and I walked out. Buyer beware of this place. They are more concerned about nickel and diming instead of Meeting a new customer and keeping that customer. read more

I had 0 down time from my laser treatment, didn't need any numbing for the procedure, it was quick, painless and had made a huge difference in my skin. Rachel kept changing prices for laser hair removal and machines. One machine hurt a lot while another was painless. When I asked why she changed price and machine, she told me "You will pay more for better machine". Inconsistent pricing and changing machines had me walk away for good. The address is a suite of various salons that are grouped together in a single building and the experience was totally different for me as a mani/pedi in that it was just me and the aesthetician and not a lot of other workers and customers which was the 1st aspect of it being enjoyably personal. The other was this gal offers something of a deeper nature in that she knows her craft both in the mechanical sense of what can he anticipated in such an appointment but more resonantly in the energy of understanding the trust that is imparted by myself that she is beholden to in caring that she is talented and skilled in this artistically and intuitively. The reflexology was wonderful, and her massage chair is the best one I've ever sat in. Since she has her own room at the Sola Salon, she was able to turn off the lights and truly let me relax. My microdermabrasion facial was heavenly because I felt pampered and well cared for. Additionally, my pores were also cleaned with what felt like a comedone extractor. My microdermabrasion facial ended with a soothing & relaxing massage and a cooling mask. Now, my makeup looks better because it's going on my new smooth skin. I had a reflexology pedicure with Rachel at head2toes. This was one of the best experiences I've had in a long time. Rachel wants to make sure her customers are satisfied. I don't normally buy more services or products while I'm at an appointment, but I could almost feel the healing in my body as I sat there! She offers treatment packages and I had to buy one. Her love for people is contagious. I almost hugged the next client as I left :D My toes look amazing, but (more importantly) I feel whole and healthy. I am BEYOND ticked off right now. The atrocious customer service here is the worst I have ever seen; EVER. First time trying to schedule with this "business" and no one ever answers the phone, then you get some random message about a day or two later to schedule online. You are forced to pick a time/day that probably wont work for you and then reschedule your life to accept the only appt you can get. ...Then here comes the texts. start receiving a million texts from this Rachel girl who somehow got my work number even though I only gave my cell. Blew up both phones with texts for days with very confused garble not knowing her head from her ass when very simply I let her know when I booked the appt online that I was trying to come in the weekend before today if they had openings. UTTER CONFUSION for this one. Like I was speaking swahili. Needless to say after she badgered me with the same flippin nonsense I had to tell her multiple times to stop messaging me and she wouldn't. Like talking to a wall. I again call multiple times to speak with her or anyone else but her and still no answer, just blew up my phones with more text and excuses. And now the kicker, claims she isn't in to take my appt today after I had to take time off work, etc. I AM LIVID. Don't be in business if you don't know the first thing about simple customer service and scheduling. AWFUL. read more

I received a groupon to get a maincure and pedicure as a birthday gift. When I called to schedule first appointment, she was very rude when I informed her I had groupon to use and said I could only use 1 coupon for a manicure or pedicure, but couldn't use both. I explained that this was a gift I received and both services were purchased. She didn't seem to care and said I can only redeem one. When I arrived for my pedicure she was rushing my service and extremely rude and rough while massaging my feet! My nail polish wasn't done correctly on edges because she was in a hurry. I was treated differently and rudely when I arrived and told her I had a groupon! I won't be returning! I'm informing others too so there aware to avoid buying groupons for this salon. I don't want others to receive the terrible service I did! If you don't get paid enough via groupon then don't offer your services through it!
