She was very kind and helpful in letting me know what would be happening. The worst place ever in Parker. I don't like to write negative reviews but this place deserves it. I just got a gel manicure for $40 plus tip and they asked for cash tip, as they do not want to pay taxes. well I never encourage this as all of us pay taxes. the service is rude they constantly talk in their native language and they laugh at you, seriously. the products are low quality. I'm a nurse and my cuticles gets really dry and thick from all the hand washing. Once in a while, I get a manicure. I went to La Belle today, hoping that my cuticles will get "pampered". The technician worked on my hand for 20 mins (gel manicure). When it was done, I noticed that my cuticle's weren't really cleaned/removed. So I told her, she looked at it and didn't say anything. The owner or manager, the same thing, didn't say a word. So I told them I wanted it removed, since that was the reason why I came in the first place. The manager couldn't even accommodate me back at the time that works for me; she said they're "fully booked" already. I explained that, I wouldn't have to return if it was done properly in the first place. I told her it's more of an inconvenience for me to go back for something that should've been taken cared of the first time. She then agreed with the time that I requested. It was very poor customer service, not even an apology that I was not happy or satisfied their work. If they were in a rush, then they shouldn't be accepting walk-ins. If they were my patient, and pooped their pants and need help cleaning it. I will wipe that butt until I do not see anymore skid-marks. I won't leave it half-wiped/ half clean. read more

I've been to this salon many times and have had manicures and pedicures from several nail techs. I've always been happy with their work. It's not fancy but it's always clean - which is much more important to me. The prices are reasonable too. I've had the lowest priced pedicure and some of the pricier versions. You really can't go wrong here. They take their time and do a thorough job no matter which service you choose. I think my favorite has been the jelly pedicure. I'd never had that anywhere else so I wasn't sure what to expect, but it's a delicious treat for your senses. All of the techs I've had have been courteous and professional. My mom and I came in for pedicures the place looked clean and they got us in right away. Unfortunately it ended up being a bad experience. We decided to just do a basic pedicure and they made sure that that's all it was. It was under 30 minutes and they didn't feel comfortable getting ingrown toenails, so they didn't try. The woman working on my mom made rude remarks about her heels and told the girl working on me she wanted to trade. I went here last Friday for pedicures with my mom. I had a wonderful experience. It is a little higher priced than where I usually went but totally worth the extra cost. They have a menu of pedicure options we both selected the scrub and masque pedicure which is $30.00. The service is impeccable. Due to my mother's busy schedule we never make appointments for pedicures. This place has a very large staff so we did not have to wait. My technician, her name was Diana, was awesome she asked me about my comfort level throughout the pedicure which is a nice touch. The chairs are super comfy and another staff member gave me a hot neck wrap to wear during my treatment. The foot massage was amazing! Best of all they know what they are doing, the products they use feel great and the actual paint was done very well. My mom loved her technician too; I think her name was Blige. The environment is definitely salon style and not spa style but I felt very relaxed the entire time. I have had a lot of pedicures and I can honestly say this is the best ever. read more

Awful! The guy who painted my toes barely said 5 words to me and then he had to ask his boss if he could remove my ingrown toenails, Then only took out about half of it. Also my Mother was charged an extra $5 for the nail polish she chose. We were then charged an extra $10 in tips that we did not agree to. read more

I have gone to La Belle Nails many times. I think they are a very good nail salon. They generally have lots of people working so you hardly ever have to wait for a pedicure or a manicure. They give you a shoulder rub while you are sitting at the dryer. This is the worst salon I've been to. My mom went in to get a pedicure and upon leaving paid with a card and left a generous cash tip. A few days later she realized that someone had illegally filled in an extra tip on the receipt and charged her an extra $10. When she went in to dispute it they gave her a gift card as an apology. As we had been loyal customers to this salon for years we had a reward card. I went in today for a pedicure and tried to pay using the gift card and reward card and leave a cash tip but the manager said I could only use one. After I explained to her why we had the gift card (because someone who works there illegally charged money onto my moms card) she still refused to let me use both. We will never be going back here. There are a lot of choices for nail salons in Parker. I have tried a few but I really like labelle. It's quick, very clean, and the massage you can have while your nails/toes are drying is very nice. They offer you a loyalty card which is nice too. They are a smidge more expensive but it's worth it. Mani/pedi always looks amazing and lasts for a long time. read more

This is a pretty basic strip mall salon when it comes to atmosphere, but it's clean and they have great polish choices. I've never had a bad experience here! All the techs seem detail oriented and do a great job, but I especially love Stella. She gives the best pedicure I've ever had. A basic pedicure is only $27 if you pay with cash, and it's anything but basic. It's better than any $60 one I've ever experienced. Wouldn't recommend going here! I try to stay local as I prefer to support local businesses. I have tried La Belle a couple times because I also feel like you can sometimes have an off day. I have been twice for shellac manicures, both times they peeled and didn't stay put for more than a week ( in one instance it was days). I haven't had this problem any other place I have been. Today I tried to get a silk rebase. I am trying silk at a friends recommendation (we went together for the initial set). I went in for the rebase and the guy was really hard to understand . He said I have acrylic. I told him I do not and explained the process I went through. He looked at me and said, our process is different. Ok, so what does that mean. He muttered something so I asked. Should I just go back to where I went last time? He said yes, and went back to what he was doing. So that was strike 3. All 3 bad experiences. I would say I've given it a fair shake. There are way too many nail places to waste your time and money here! read more

I got a pedicure at La Bella nail salon for the first time today. I did not have an appt, I walked in. They told me they could take me and that I should choose a color. After about ten minutes of me standing around and wasting time trying to pick a color they finally told me "go sit there." I went and sat at one of the pedicure spas and of course they asked me to move because I wasn't able to read their minds and sit at the right station. So I sat at the station for 10-15 min with nobody ready to work on my feet. So I got up, put my sandals on, and proceeded to walk out. Then they said oh wait we will be with you right now.....so with my luck,their least experienced tech started to work on my feet. She did such a poor with filing my nails, I pretty much coached her through it. In fact I had to ask, can you please file my big toe nails, they were a little rough and had ridges. A French tip, which was what I ended up getting because their color selection was so poor would look horrible without smooth toe nails. So she took what looked like a used nail fail (the long thin ones) and proceeded to file. I stopped her and asked if she had one of those smother brick files like most descent salons use. Of course, she didn't! I was getting pretty upset and I should have left immediately. I don't believe any of the tools she used on me were clean or sanitized. She used clippers, a cuticle cutter, and another one....(I sure hope I don't end of with fungus or some type of bacterial!!). Anyway, the French tip, she did the line so thin I could hardly see it. I said no I need that thicker please. The way she did it. She was paining it on sideways instead of top to bottom which most salons do and then they use. brush with polish remover to straighten it and make it perfect. What she did was so crooked and unprofessional! I said please white if off and I will get the French tip done elsewhere. Of course I paid the full price and even left a small tip because I am not a rude person...but I felt that a review was due. I almost never do reviews, but since I was so unhappy at this salon, I felt I needed to! Needless to say, I will never return to this salon!!! read more
