They have a nice selection of hairpieces to choose from, and will order something in if they don't have it on the self. They will have you pay for half of the order up front if they have to place an order. Men's hair needs are available here too. They are quite a few weeks out if they don't have your style in stock. The products here are "top self." The thing lacking is customer service.

I have 2 wigs and 1 topper from them. They've always been so kind and helpful. They did my wig styling for my wedding day and are very accommodating in turn-around times for servicing. I saw some other reviews that were confused why extra stuff costs extra... it's because it's extra? I've never been to another wig store that includes extra stuff in the purchase of a wig, maybe unless it's a loyalty program or you're a repeat customer. You wouldn't go get a manicure and expect to take the nail oil home with you haha. Their prices are really reasonable and the team is great and easy to work with. I can't recommend them enough!

The last appointment I got done was on 7/2/2025 for a sew in and the hair quality was not good! It was suppose to be like natural hair but it came out the next day. Isabelle would not consider a refund for the hair quality or even be willing to take it out. There was nothing done for this matter. When trying to figure out a solution she block me!! Totally unacceptable for a business owner to act this way as all I was wanting is a resolution for the bad hair quality.

It's a cute little place on the corner of the plaza with its own little parking area. They had the same product I was looking for but at a more acceptable price ($5 cheaper) + more variety of items. "Rose" was very helpful & super friendly. We conversed as if we were longtime friends. This was a very pleasant experience. Told my daughter we should visit again. I surely recommend this business. (Yelp is spoiling me!) I don't have to worry about finding anything when I go traveling anymore.
