    Great, natural looking wig!
    Michelle M.

I took my 80 year old mother in law to look for wigs since she's been having her wigs done by the Hair Club for the last 10 years (and they make you sign a very expensive contract and it's $400 per month!!!) and we needed to find another solution for her hair issues. We tried another wig shop up the street but they said they couldn't help us because it was by appointment only. So, we checked the next one on the list and we hit gold! Creative Wigs and Hair Replacement is in a little strip mall off the main road, and the minute we walked in we were treated like the most important customers ever. We weren't the only ones in the shop either. My MIL found a few wigs to try on and the assistant was so great to help her with everything and feel comfortable. Then she went in the back and talked to the person who can cut and style the wig however you want it. Becky came out and was so great to help my MIL and was the absolute sweetest! Talk about treating your customers well. We bought 2 wigs and Becky is going to help her remove the glued on natural wig she's been wearing in a few weeks and get her all set up with the ones we bought today. My MIL came out of their with the biggest smile on her face and was so happy about how everything went. I couldn't be more grateful for the easy process and how we were both treated. I'm definitely a fan of this business!!

I didn't want to write a review but my friends and family encouraged me to so I am going to follow…read moretheir advice. The first time I was here for a hair cut went really well. I was recommended this salon by a friend, so I decided to be adventurous and get a color done for my next visit. The consultation over the phone went well as we discussed my hair might need to be pre lightened, but this was not for sure as they didn't see my natural color. I went in feeling confident I would get the color I wanted. They didn't pre lighten my hair, I didn't know enough about hair to comment about this. I won't say my stylist's name, but she did say she had double booked herself and was working on my hair and someone else's simultaneously. I think this is partly why the process was rushed. Not only did my hair come out an ashy blue, more gray if anything, (I am a natural medium to light blonde) they charged me for BOTH the pre-lightening (which they didn't do!) and the color. My total came out to over $250. Again, I didn't know enough about hair and thought this was normal. Just an expensive disappointment. I cried on my way home because I hated my hair so much. It wasn't until two days later I reached out via email and said that I didn't like my hair did they say they had charged me $120 for a service they didn't even do. This is all they offered to refund me. This would have never have been noticed had I not complained, I would have just been out $120 for a service I didn't get. I first was going to get my hair redone with them, but then I heard their employees talking about me over the phone while making a new appointment. Needless to say I was uncomfortable going back in and canceled that appointment. The blue has all but washed out after one wash and now I have dark gray hair. I do not recommend this salon, all in all an expensive disappointment. Very displeased with my experience and the treatment afterward from the employees (management was kind).

I could tell she cared about getting the details right, and asked clarifying questions rather than just cutting. Explained each step, without just rambling away. it seems she has been trying to delete my original review so here's a new one…read more first of all i am honored to receive the famous "hope u heal" line u reserve for all ur bad reviews. guys this is an example of her condescending tone since our original call. i also want to say that although i do think Ariana's read on the situation was spot on and perfectly articulated, i had absolutely nothing to do with it. she is a complete stranger. if i were recruiting people to leave reviews, u would have more than just one couple things in response to ur last message: - a haircut this bad should be obvious to someone claiming to be a professional. - I dont think being a loyal customer entitles me to a refund, i think a bad haircut does. - i only mention being a recurring customer to emphasize 2 things-- the way you treat loyal clients with a **good track record**, and lost revenue for a business who *themselves* stated cannot afford a refund. - I was very careful to specifically not use the word shelf and that was intentional. - Ive had big short hair, i've had two wolf cuts, & i know how to style it. I would never request a jelly or anything resembling one. ever. (not that that's what this is) - I didn't request a blow-out. I was OFFERED one. Maybe it's not something y'all should offer in the first place if u will blame clients for accepting and use it to deny refund. - I wasn't shown the back of my hair, esp. not in final form. being in front of mirrors does not change that. this is low IQ. - I nearly accepted ur "resolution" bc u gave me no other option and i was genuinely trying to work with you. but ultimately, like i tried explaining on the phone, it would not have actually solved anything for me. simple as that. - yes actually... I did leave satisfied.. bc I didn't notice? and it's almost as if... that's the whole issue ???? hello ?? i want to make it clear that although i was preparing for a chargeback, i remained very polite and still tried my best to resolve this directly with the salon. i even tried to meet her halfway by suggesting a partial refund but she was not making the same effort, and became progressively rude. It's clear we're operating from fundamentally different premises. maybe that's the root of the problem here. Your position is that there's nothing wrong with the haircut itself and that I don't know how to style it. ok, I'll bite. for the sake of argument, let's assume that's true.... It still doesn't change the fact that this is objectively not the haircut I asked for or agreed to receive. on that basis alone, I am owed a refund due to service not as described. it doesn't matter if u think u can "make it better". improving something bad doesn't make it good, just makes it less bad. if you had any ground (or documentation) to stand on, u wouldn't have lost the case. having a "policy" does not mean you can do whatever you want. There must be exceptions for certain cases when mistakes are made. and you need to have discernment to know the difference from when someone's abusing the system. but that requires competency (in your field and in life), humility, and good faith. when a customer has been wronged, the burden should never fall on them to figure out a resolution that works for the business. It should be the other way around. why do i even have to explain this. If I were in your position, I would be mortified to hear a customer had this experience. my priority would be to understand what would make the situation right for them and do everything reasonably possible to make that happen. I personally would have offered a refund AND an adjustment. But ironically, that means taking accountability... fortunately for all of us, u have proven it yourself that you have never been capable of this (just a quick search to see how you respond to every bad review on here and Google) and to assume premeditation/malice is a really disappointing take on this situation and makes zero sense. why or how on earth would i plan to have a bad haircut? but if that's what were doing, i can do the same.... maybe you offer blow-outs for plausible deniability on haircuts gone wrong? maybe i wasn't shown the back on purpose so i wouldn't notice? i agree there are no winners or losers here, because at the end of the day i'd rather have my hair than a refund. but because i was so polite throughout the situation, you took advantage and at the end basically shoo'd me away & expected no consequence. the last text message you sent me speaks for itself. even a stranger was upset for me. by the way... I reiterated my points via email, not to rehash anything, but to have it all in writing for the case :) i've attached photos of my original review from Google, KJ's response from Yelp, and Ariana's review as well because it tickles me and they threatened to take it dow.

There are so many services offered, and the actual program is one of the best. I looked at a lot of schools before I picked Taylor Andrews and I haven't regretted the decision once. They offer, basic, master, and level 4 laser training. You also get certified in classic and volume lashes, as well as a full makeup artistry course. The spa area and treatment rooms are spacious, clean, and beautiful. I'm obsessed to say the least! The instructors are so knowledgeable and amazing. But the front desk completely changed the tone of the visit. When I arrived to watch my granddaughter, I simply asked where my daughter was. While I was standing right there, the two receptionists referred to my daughter as "the problem client" -- all because she had her baby with her. That comment was unnecessary, unprofessional, and honestly pretty bold to say in front of a family member. Her one‑year‑old sat quietly for two and a half hours without crying, fussing, or disturbing anyone. We even called ahead to confirm it was okay to bring her, and we were told yes. We live in Utah -- families bring their kids places. It's normal, and it certainly doesn't make someone a "problem." And just to be transparent: you caught me on a calm day. All I wanted to do was get to my grandbaby. On a different day, with a comment like that, I might've been the one you considered "the problem." So I'm choosing to address it respectfully here instead of reacting in the moment. Everyone else in the salon was kind and welcoming, but that front‑desk interaction overshadowed an otherwise great experience. I'm not asking for anything; I just want you to be aware of how it came across. Respect and professionalism at the front desk matter, and comments like that stick with people.
