Third call a week later, someone picked up the phone. However, they did not say the name of the company or identify themselves when they answered so I had to confirm I had the correct number. Got an appointment set up for someone to come out and take a look at the large project I was offering. The day of the appointment came and went. I never got a call indicating they were delayed. I never got a call later to let me know why they never showed up. If their work is as bad as their customer service, I'm glad they never showed up as their customer service is horrendous.
