I have gone and gotten treated unfairly here, and I gone and loved and nails. I watch and pay close attention to how they treat each customer so much differently! Each customer is a patriot and should be treated with respect and courtesy! People work extremely hard for their money and choose to spend it where they'd like, so if they wish to spend it with you I think and hope you'd show more appreciation and respect to each customer. I always say there is more than just one place that does what you do. I went and requested a particular nail tech and he refused to service me, no reason that I know of and when comforted about it, because me being me, could not just leave it alone! The only reason I stayed was another nail tech had already begun doing my hand! Ughhhhh! This experience on top of the 12 pedicures they gave my husband and I, ok not 12 minutes more like 15 seriously we were livid! Just take your business further or cool off, maybe it was just off that month! Tuh! lol read more

I won't be back. I have been there 2x and the first time was fine. But the second time my nails developed a weird condition. Since I've never gotten my nails done anywhere else I know there is a problem with their cleanliness. My nails have something going on.. I will have to see the doctor about this now. He helps me pick a color that matches my skin tone and his work his flawless. I can't vouch for any of the other workers in there. So if you go, ask for Henry! Good service for the price! read more

This was my first time here and based on the reviews I was excited. They only deserve one for how clean the salon was. First, I noticed I was the only customer who wasn't offered a beverage. I had to ask for a water. My nails are just "ok". They did not fully remove the old polish. My toes are horrible!! They look like they were painted by a 3 year old child. i have been going to this nails shop for the past 3 years, i love the workers, the customer service is amazing. i've never once had a bad set, but today i got a full set and the female nail tech was rushing and being very rough through out the whole time. my nails came out bumpy and weirdly filed, the nails polish on some of the nails look terrible. i don't recommend coming here when they are busy. overall they are a good shop. read more

Worth every penny. So clean and peaceful. Not noisy with everyone talking in the damn phones. Relaxing and peaceful. Susan and tom have a really nice place here. I'm a dude so I go with my wife and we really enjoy just being able to relax and enjoy the environment. When I make an appointment with Tina or Jessica that is who I want to see. What good is it to make an appt and then when you get there they want you to see someone else.They do not take down phone numbers so they cannot call you back if someone is sick or running behind. read more

I live out of state and decided to get my nails done while visiting my family. The salon is clean and the people are nice but the prices are double what I pay in the north. I went for a fill for my acrylics which was 20$ on the list but then at the end I was asked to pay 33$. Then a day later one of them broke while I was doing nothing and I called to ask how much it would be to get fixed and they said free. I get to the salon and after it is done they ask me to pay 4$. Very unhappy and overall it is not respectful to make someone pay when your own product fails after a day! Won't be going back ever ! read more

I have been to many nail salons in the Germantown/Collierville area and this is by far the very best one I have ever been to! Infact, this is the best i have been to anywhere in the world! I almost hate to share this place but I think it deserves recognition. First of all, it's extremely clean. The owners are so friendly and nice. Susan will make you feel like you're an old friend. I have had Yolanda as my technician also and she is really sweet. The service is impeccable and the quality of their work is definitely better than I have had anywhere. I love to get a design on my toes in the summer and they are truly great artists! I agree with previous reviews that the Ocean Pedicure is amazing. I had a really good experience at this nail salon. My normal nail technician is currently in school and not able to do my nails, so I gave this place a try. I got a french pedicure from Yolanda, who took her time shaping each individual toenail just right which I really appreciated; she was very thorough and took her time. The french pedicure was very clean, neat, and pretty; I then asked Tom if he could do a flower design on my two big toes; I showed him a flower design and he did his best to match it, and did a pretty good job all things considered. He then suggested that the next time I come in for a design on my toes that I should let him create a design himself, insisting that many of his customers get stopped constantly by other people inquiring about who created and painted their toenail designs. Tom then gave me a shellac french manicure and did a great job. The only thing about this salon that made me nervous was that Tom didn't wear gloves while doing my manicure and his hands looked a bit rough, but he was so thorough, detailed, and focused on giving me a great manicure I basically trusted him and tried not to worry about it. While I still have a soft spot for my original nail technician and will likely return to her once she is out of school for the term, I would only trust AQ Nails Spa as my alternative nail salon.
