She knows exactly where to work to help areas of concern and she will show you exercises and stretches that will help. She gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. She really worked on relaxing my shoulders, back, and legs. My calves and heels were my main concern and she loosened both. I left the salon without the heel pain. I was visiting this area with my friend so unfortunately, Megan is too far away to become my regular therapist. She gave me suggestions to use with my current therapist, so that was helpful. It was easy to find; everyone was friendly and polite. Brandi asked many questions to understand exactly how I wanted my hair to look and gave professional advice. My mom came with me and they moved chairs to make sure she could be close to me to talk and be involved. The team helped to move around appointments and make sure my mom could schedule last minute with us. This was greatly appreciated. On Saturday myself, bridesmaids, and mom all showed up at our appointment time. The salon had been very busy that morning, but they were excited and did not make us feel rushed at all. One of my bridesmaids was unable to make her appointment (last minute wedding emergency) and they let one of my other bridesmaids take her appointment with no hassle at all. I needed to wait at the salon for my bridesmaid to finish up her appointment and mentioned I would just finish up my make up. They went above and beyond and made sure I had a comfortable spot with good light and a small mirror/stand. All of my ladies' hair turned out beautiful and it was a wonderful experience. My hair was exactly how I envisioned it for my wedding day thanks to Brandi and the rest of the team!

There is a 'relaxation' area off to one side, since there's only two chairs going at once, but with complimentary water, tea, coffee, etc. It's worth the wait. My hair was done amazingly, without too much direction or even knowing what I wanted. I got tons of compliments, and it held without being too crunchy or looking like a new helmet on my head. My nails were done french style shellac, which was my first experience as such. They look awesome, and have held up fantastically. The staff was very friendly, and though obviously well known with the locals, I didn't feel or get treated like an outsider.
