She knows exactly where to work to help areas of concern and she will show you exercises and stretches that will help. She gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. She really worked on relaxing my shoulders, back, and legs. My calves and heels were my main concern and she loosened both. I left the salon without the heel pain. I was visiting this area with my friend so unfortunately, Megan is too far away to become my regular therapist. She gave me suggestions to use with my current therapist, so that was helpful. There is a 'relaxation' area off to one side, since there's only two chairs going at once, but with complimentary water, tea, coffee, etc. It's worth the wait. My hair was done amazingly, without too much direction or even knowing what I wanted. I got tons of compliments, and it held without being too crunchy or looking like a new helmet on my head. My nails were done french style shellac, which was my first experience as such. They look awesome, and have held up fantastically. The staff was very friendly, and though obviously well known with the locals, I didn't feel or get treated like an outsider.
