The salon is in a little house and it's very comfortable and cute inside. Tracey, the owner and hair person I had is super sweet, I really enjoyed her. She takes her time doing your hair, I never felt like she was just trying to get done. I love the color and cut she did, I personally think it's just as good as the master stylist I was seeing in West Ashley BUT it was LESS THAN half as much!! Whaaaaat?! I will definitely be making the drive out here to get my hair done by Tracey again. She also was kind enough to offer me a donut and chai tea (they also regularly have wine too!). I also noticed that the upstairs area, where hair services were done, felt a bit dirty and not very well maintained. I understand it is an older building, but cleanliness should still be a priority, and some areas felt a little grimy. Downstairs seemed much better kept, so the experience definitely felt inconsistent depending on the service. Overall, I would return for makeup, but I would not come back for hair services.

There was a last-minute therapist callout shortly before the appointment, which caused some confusion and delays once the group arrived. To their credit, the staff was apologetic and worked to make adjustments with additional services and accommodations. The massages themselves were excellent -- relaxing atmosphere, skilled therapists, and worth the price. Compared to the West Ashley location, this one felt a little lighter on the "luxury spa" amenities in the getting-ready/post-service areas, but it didn't take away from the actual massage experience. Overall still a positive experience and a location worth returning to.
