I was scrolling through Facebook last week and Elements came up on my feed. I almost kept scrolling because I have had a recent horrendous eperince at a nearby massage memership facility. I really did not want to get back into one nor deal with any of it. I decided to take a look and I was easily intrigued when I saw a familiar therapist. I was so excited and hurry up and booked. Upon walking in today I was greeted and welcomed. The facility is clean, open, quiet, and calm. The staff was great. Raymond was my therapist and I cannot say enough good things about him if you are looking for a deep tissue massage. I decided to add on the Eucalyptus aromatherapy, it was a gloomy day and I am a sucker for Eucalyptus. I am glad I chose that as an add on, it was perfect. The massage room was open, comfortable, and so relaxing. The massage table was so cozy, plus, big, and warm. It really felt like a spa in there. I loved the lighting, the sounds, and just the all around small touches that made everything so relaxing and calm. I am excited to try the other enhancements they have to offer as well as other treatments. They have some great deals if you decide to become a member and I appreciate the discounted pricing it has to offer. It's even better that you are not binded into a contract. I also appreciate that their system pairs you with a specific therapist dependent upon issues and/or pressure type. There is no negativity in this woman. She's always glad to see customers. My visits lately have focused on my left shoulder. I have had massages in 2 separate rooms, both are large in comparison to most massage rooms in a "spa" setting, and very calm in atmosphere as well. Lite music to help your mind and body get to that relaxing state. There are many different price point packages you can purchase and many add ons to choose from. I have tried the infrared sauna after my massage and it was wonderful. Virginia is a very thorough masseuse, asking for health information and if you have any trouble spots, if you have had massages before and what techniques you felt were best (hot rocks, deep pressure in certain areas, etc).She makes sure that she knows what you are expecting from the massage - stress / tension relief, pain relief, etc. and that your expectation is met. While I was able to adjust the stretch time, I was still charged 50% for the massage even though I wasn't canceling, just requesting to move it. The stretch itself was amazing and the therapist was kind and professional. But the lack of flexibility and empathy from the front desk left a bad taste. Emergencies happen, and when you're paying top dollar, better customer service should be a given.
